Tbh, and I’m happy to be corrected, but I don’t think most saints fans would be that impressed about Liverpool being “world champions”. The budgets teams have in Europe means whatever team are in that competition should win it. Winning the champions league and premier league are far greater and more impressive achievements.

Tbf mate we ain’t exactly selling out, so an empty seat makes no difference, expect that the club gets money for the seat but none of the wear and tear! Surely that’s a win for any Uber fan?? And any fan wants to see football they approve of surely? For most of us that means passion and commitment from each member of the team, which we ain’t been seeing from the largely overpaid dross we are blessed with. The real problem for me is that hassenhuttl doesn’t appear happy or particularly engaged. We need to try everything to address that if possible, but with the squad we have it’s a big ask

Scrap that... just seen contracted players (ie Archer) will only play 3 group games plus the final if the team makes it. Also seen that we’ve been paired with Cardiff as “rivals” XD As much as I’m supportive of the idea, not having the countries best players available at all times, as well as having some poor naming of teams that exclude the counties who don’t have a team (Welsh, Manchester, Birmingham) seems a strange way to go about the competition imo

Dawson lost out to Chris Jordan, which is probably the right call. Sure we’ll pick Dawson up in the main draft, though I have no clue how it all works! Going to be exciting seeing Archer playing regularly at the Bowl next year
