Anyone else having trouble connecting to Saints player. Tried last night but it just redirection to web host now just says 'This site cannot be reached'.

Have tried signing up to this but failing miserably. Windows PC Option 1 just will not download, Option 2 will download and opens the login screen but it asks for valid login details which I don't have because I can't sign up. Any suggestions greatly received.
