Leicester were a class act tonight. We were abject and Bertie’s dismissal (shocking tackle!) made little difference to the score. A shocking display from a very average bunch of players. I can’t think of a single player that would be wanted by any other team in the Prem.

I have no idea why posters are ranting at this result. 1-4 flatters Saints as Chelsea were so superior in every position. We haven’t got a single player that any of the top 10 teams in the Prem would want. We have a team worthy of the position in the table and if we stay in the Prem at the seasons close, we will have done well. You really can’t expect BMW performances from a Fiesta.

Asking for advice, please. I’m having a clear out of all things football. I have a signed shirt & signed ball and I was going to put them on eBay/gumtree. I’ve met a young lad who visits his Gran in the nursing home my wife is in. Talking about Saints, I mentioned the shirt & ball and he was very keen to have them. I told him I would include a big bundle of Saints progs and other written material. The question, how much should I ask for the items? The money is going to go to Ward G7 at the General Hospital.
