Summed up the problem, imo. I fail to see any positives from that display, none. We were pedestrian all over the park. Two very average teams on the field today. I’m glad there no spectators there as they would have had their pocket picket, poor value.

Oh dear me! A few bitter & miserable buggers on here wanting to deprive Liverpool from deservedly winning the title. They have been the best team by a mile in the Prem. Good luck to them, I just wish Saints were up there with them.

He isn’t daft, he’s going before the paper dies. I think newspapers are on life support, especially one like the Echo. Anyone remember the Thursday edition, page after page of news and jobs. Buy next Thursday Echo and see what I mean.

Thinking again, the only player likely to be wanted by another club in the Prem, is Ings. I don’t go to many games at all now but I manage to watch nearly all on the net. This is possibly the weakest squad I have seen in many years. Just my unqualified opinion.

May I ask you to name the 3 players who in your opinion would be wanted by other Prem sides etc. I honestly can’t think of one, not one.

I sat through that yesterday and can’t believe I then watched MOTD last night and again this morning. That has to be one of the worst 45 minutes I’ve seen in a few years. What really struck me, not one Saints player would be good enough to swap places with a single Everton player! Not one, IMO. i thought Ralf’s body language during the game was one of utter depression. Whilst many of his team selections and substitutions seem bizarre, he only has very average players to work with. We really don’t know what is going on behind closed doors and if he has any support from the owner.
