If we retain VVD, Bertrand and Soares and they stay fit then I dont see why not.

It Is a tough one but I suppose you have to look at a couple of things that helped me to descided he doesn't warrant another season. 1. Has he progressed the teams position - NO 2. Has he progressed our style of play - NO 3. Has he made us more attractive for better players - NO 4. Do we think we will keep our best players - NO 5. Given a second year do we think we will improve our play and position - NO Cut our losses now or next season could be a banana skin.

Hypothetical question really, if the unthinkable were to happen and MP left, would you be willing to take NA back or should that all be committed to history? Me, not sure, think the club should move forward I suppose but he should never be forgotten.

With any luck the next few weeks will be turmoil, we will retain MP but slide down the table finishing a couple of places clear. KL will have had enough by then, NC walks in with a sensible offer, KL can side step the turd.

That was my initial thought too. NC goes, tells MP to stay, keep things ticking over, NC buys the club out.

Funny, I thought exactly the same. I must commend NC for his commitment but all this threatening to leave stuff if he does not get his own way is very childish and the second time he has done this. This was amazing. He comes on, runs around a bit then trots up to the goal mouth for the corner. Whilst the corner taker is getting set I turn to the wife an say "Ricky is awesome at scoring from corners with his head" and what do you know, its in the back of the net. The sense of pride rushed over me and the wife look pretty impressed that I had predicted it...sort of. Well done Ricky, I bet you score Saturday too as the euphoria from last night will carry you for the next few games. Such a shame he's not 3 years younger.
