Is there any evidence from Mark Fry himself since the Pinnacle collapse that he is actually negotiating with the Swiss? Also why did we give Pinnacle exclusivity ?Why didnt Fry and his colleagues talk to all intersted parties. This would have saved a great deal of time. They would have worked out who were going to be the serious bidders in a matter of days.
