Newcastle, with their French intake, Chelsea, produce a good player in Nathaniel Chalobah who they haven't given a chance too, Man City, purchase top player s in la liga and serie A, don't see anything from thier academy regarding they are spending millions and millions on it?? I think us and Spurs ( Rose & Townsend) are the only clubs in the premier league which give our youngster a go and eventually pays off and benifits the national side in the long term. Overall, most teams just worry using players form their academy, we are going the right way about it and gives out a good image of this club!
