  1. Always funny watching the yanks **** that one up. Too thick to carry a little stick round the track. lol, lol, lol.
  2. That raises more than attendance.
  3. Methinks the reason why Leonid doesn't want Guiness to measure him is nothing to do with shunning the limelight!
  4. Illustration: Leonid's old dear is clearly about 5ft nothing (probably less - look at her and the fence; is that fence nearly 5ft tall? doesn't look it) and is schlong height on little Len. Bao's missus is 5ft 6" and is just above schlong (about 5 or 6 inches actually). Now, unless old ma Stadnyk is actually about 5ft 8" tall, there is no way that Leonid is 8 inches taller than Bao. Also, here's Leo meeting the president... .... who stands a few inches below his shoulder. Whereas Big Bao in a crowd.... .... has no one anywhere near his shoulder.
  5. There is a theory that Leonid is nothing like 8ft 5 or whatever and is actually about 7ft tall.
  6. So - either mong about in the car park or get a cheap pint and hotdog in the ground at the same time anyway. They haven't thought it through.
  7. But the man in Reading does not want to force us into administration if he can help it. Firstly - the publicity will suck. Secondly (and more importantly) he probably won't get his money back anyway. Norwich Union are bound to have a far superior priority position in terms of security with legal charges over all fixed assets (and that's assuming the overdraft is secured at all). There's more chance of Barclays getting their money back through a drip feed over many seasons of progressive cost cutting than there is if they make a demand for repayment of a large sum.
  8. If KD leaves it would be a disaster unless we signed an experienced replacement. £1.25m would be a good price so I can understand the temptation but BB is dodgy as anything and Forecast is a novice.
  9. Right or left footed?
  10. Whether or not he bones kids, it's a catchy tune.
  11. The thing is... thrill rides do breakdown sometimes. For that reason I would declare myself, "out".
  12. FFS - it's not that hard really. At all. In the slightest.
  13. Is he still doing his "Alien Lizard" show?
  14. I liked Cameroon's one-piece kit.
  15. Yes some mongs have already managed to blame him for our defeats despite being one of our best players.
  16. Didn't have time to post this on TMS thread before it got closed: That said, there's no need to be cruel to them.
  17. Yes, I think so. Although it may get brought back if the baseball people bung the IOC enough.... er, I mean if the IOC change their minds. They should bring back the rope climb, crocquet and the underwater swim IMO.
  18. Baseball has been discontinued. Because it's shi-ite.
  19. Sorry about that. Some painful memories.
  20. AAAGGGHHHHHH!!! Jesus.... no!
  21. So, we never lose at Pride Park. Happy days.
  22. Would much prefer we sign a right back and a left back as both of the current players in those positions would probably be better in midfield than Mr Pullis.
  23. Very skilfully done CB. Indeed.
  24. Well in fairness our expenses have gone down, with the exception of player wages. I don't think the company operates whereby player wages are the responsibility of the FD. I think historically it's been the manager and chairman's responsibility. Look at Lowe's profile on the OS to see who takes the "credit" for player negotiations.
  25. Directors of all companies have responsibilties to the shareholders whether they are publically owned or not. Chelsea was a bad example I suppose, yes. I imagine they only have one shareholder. The point I was trying to make was that if any business has its revenue cut by more than 50% within two years, it's going to struggle. I agree with you that all board members should be under scrutiny. I just think that when you look at what has happened, Dave Jones is not a significant player.
