To be fair Steve McLaren got offered an International post (International post) and is clearly an inept behemoth of a **** (****).

I think the protagonists should be a bit more tight lipped rather than getting shirty with people they have spoken to. This Dubai, pay-off all debts, buy all shares and have £10m left over as a warchest rumour, that's been around for ages seemed to have been spread in part by one of the horses' own mouths. Frankly it comes across as a bit amteurish and/or desperate. Again.

He's 23 and he isn't in our first team. When he has been in the first team he's been largely useless. We need to sell/get rid of players. He is apparently one of our higher earners. Why don't you think that this rumour would be good if true? I'm all for being positive but honestly...

Like most sensible people I think it's far too early to tell if he's any good or not, but I agree with the original poster - I like his attitude.
