I don't see the point in playing him as a central midfielder. Bring him on but have him higher up the pitch. He's one of the only players we have who can make an opening with a bit of skill and who has composure. Get the ball pinged into him near the oppo box.

He's scored 150 goals in 300 league games, but OK.

He will have a good career but I don't see a top team coming in for him yet. The best JWP could get was WHU, FFS. If he doesn't fancy a year in the Champ then I wouldn't be surprised if he's loaned out next season, in the hope he can play for us in the PL the following year.
