If I want to book seats at the Mayflower, BIC and even the O2 etc etc I can choose my seat from those available so do not understand why I can not at St Marys?

Definitely a penalty - sat in the Block 17 - as Guly went to place his shot passed the goalkeeper the chasing defender grabbed and tugged his arm back which was just enough to throw Guly off his balance as he went to shoot- believe me the Chapel stand, certainly in my vicinity at least, were anything but cool about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I remember correctly we scored 1 at each end against Bournemouth and Tranmere? If playing towards the Northam was actualy significant you would expect the goals to go flying in whether Saints were playing towards them first or second half. In fact if the Northam was so much of an influence on the game one could argue, play towards that end of the ground for the first half - that would inspire the team to score loads of goals, demoralise the opposition and the second half would just be a formality!

My sincerest condolences to Markus's family and friends. Markus thankyou for all you did for Southampton football club, you truly were our saviour and you will never be forgotton by Saints Fans. Your association with the club was all too short but hopefully your legacy will live on for a very very long time. RIP.

I thought the most amusing and 'pleasantly' insulting chant of the night aimed at the few Hartlepool fans ( and all credit to them for making the journey), was "What time's you mini-bus. What time's your mini-bus'. What times your mini-bus' etc etc. Brilliant

Great idea - my daughter and I are Season Ticket holders and I would happily buy an actual ticket for the remaining home matches

As a season ticket holder I have no problem with a reduction in cost of the tickets for this game, it will hopefully mean that more people will be there for the match which can only be good for the club and the atmosphere in St Mary's. However 4 weeks ago I brought 3 tickets to take friends to this game at £24.00 each!! which is very frustrating and a little unfair.
