Not sure if mentioned on here but David Bernstein, former head of FA said the same.

Supporting Saints FC 🥺
-
It's all a bit of a lottery. For the Cup S/F, buying just the one ticket I somehow ended up a couple of rows from the back. This time, with someone else buying a group of four tickets we're in a similar block but about 20 rows further forward.

Both the same IMO, 'awesome' is the American version.

Some things are more important.

Is that definitely a Saints section? If neutral, we wouldn't want you having to sit on the fence.
-
I've got someone buying tickets on my behalf, not sure if it's extra stressful or not

Saying ‘amazing’ to describe something that is not amazing. Using the word ‘super’ to emphasise something

Agreed, two excellent players

It would be scandalous to rejoin the EU, the country voted to leave, full stop. I voted to remain btw -
One odious group IMO. I have no time for Tommy Robinson or some of the others but take a look at Trevor Philips comments about the previous March last September.

There’s a thread in the Lounge that might give you some pointers

Refereeing expert on commentary needs to take it down an octave

Burnham comes across very well and seems to have some charisma, unlike Starmer. I do though worry about his economic policies and perhaps most worrying of all, he wears a T-shirt with a jacket, horrible look. -

It is good news, I agree, but there are many caveats to it. Other surveys such as PMI have been positive too which is good. Unfortunately though the next set of GDP figures are unlikely to be so positive due to the effects of the Iran war. Totally out of the control of the government of course, just like Covid and the Ukraine war for the Tories. -
If you’re a paid member with 1+ matches, can you purchase tickets for people who have not and just have a supporter number? Or do you have to wait until they go on general sale?

Its going to be a very difficult time for me over the coming days and weeks with the investigations into both my football club and my favourite politician.😞

Jess Philips has now resigned, I think she is the highest profile minister to quit so far. -
It beggers belief, and this goes across politicians from all parties. They know full well that they have to be whiter than white and that they have to be absolutely thorough regarding their financial affairs, yet we continue to get these issues.

We could have asked SOG if he hadn't disappeared. -

To be fair, the Tories are pretty good at it too. I find it all rather depressing, we’re starting to get through PM’s like football clubs get through managers. -

I'd call it 'Realistic Labour' as opposed to 'Idealistic Labour'. -

I would agree that Streeting is the best option. Mahmood has also impressed me, which is odd considering I’m Islamophobic.
