Since Cortese has been at the helm there has been a JPT win and two promotions. The sacking of Pardew was a shock and caused protests. Some were concerned at Adkins' appointment and even now some fans don't rate him (which I can't beleive). I'm gutted that Nigel has gone, but this is just a part of Cortese's plan.
