WGS took us to a cup final, into Europe again ( albeit by default),and to 8th in the final league table( and 4th at one point.). On the above statistics he is no3 in the Saints managers list. It was however a great shame that Alan Ball's spell came to an abrupt end as I believe he had started to make things happen at The Dell. His track record elsewhere was chequered to say the least but I felt he had found a perfect setting at The Dell to flourish. Hoddle too left too early and we can only speculate as to what he might have achieved over longer.

Doctor Doctor (as in the Thompson Twins record). Doctor D!ck (as in a porno film once seen whilst at Uni!).

I agree that the "takeover" talk probably has had little effect on people outside of the internet forum world. Most people probably had more sense than to believe the initial wild speculation once the story "leaked" out,and as they were not privvy to,or spared the constant self perpetuating spiralling of "I know a secret..." 'itk' posts for months on end.probably forgot about it. In the real world there are enough factors on the pitch, and the soap opera in the boardroom to p!ss the general footballing public off at SMS, without the help of fantasyland.

The original question was: Spraying water up your ass is surely some form of bestiality,or cruelty to an animal. An ass being a donkey or similar. Spraying it up your arse,- backside,ring-piece,****-shute,or whatever you want to call it- is a different matter. Hope that helps to clarify.

Expect him to go out and get absolutely p1ssed then. Big news tomorrow will be how he's back on the bottle.

Initial thought was what a ****ing idiot. On reflection perhaps it is something Rupert might consider introducing-posssibly for to get the high earners off the books-or even Cappello at international level.

Why no first teamers in reserves game this afternoon?
Badger replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
Perhaps they don't think some of the first team are ready or good enough for the reserve team yet  -
Good viewing which evokes great memories of better times. Sadly the state of the poker table in the MLT Suite is perhaps more symbolic of the current state of the club and those running it.
-
That should perhaps be rephrased as ...a deal was in the offing until Colin Calderwood saw him play. I agree with your conclusion, and was very disappointed when the rumour came out that McGoldrick would be our first choice striker, although as I said at the time it was increasingly obvious that he was becoming our only choice as striker. So far it seems JP has tried to bring in alternatives in Pekhart and Robertson but the jury is out on both of them.

Coventry V Saints - Pre Match Views and Predictions

Isn't it inevitable that Shovelfoot Best will score against us ? -
I'm sure he would accept the offer of a job from either of them.

Now confirmed as having signed for Sheffield Utd. Shame really as HCDAJFU -if I can use that phrase out of the transfer window. Never mind,we've got Pulis and Ryan Smith to look forward to instead.

What did the airline expect,if they were chartered for a Club 18-30stone holiday ?

Just when you thought things could not become more farcical at Newcastle, look whose name has cropped up in an article today about the potential South African consortium : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1066313/South-Africans-calling-Toon-Ashley-moves-step-closer-selling-up.html -
I would have thought Dineage was past retirement a long time ago never mind worrying about redundancy.
-
Perhaps the spastic should just put an ad in the dating columns : "Nerdish geek, with 1970's taste in pullovers and hairstyle seeks real life Olive, from 'On the Buses',clone or look-a-like."
-
His role worries me slightly. Nice bloke with Saints at heart;great youth team manager, dropped in it for first team manager - although was really a puppet for Lawrie-and cast aside in a contemptible way. But what qualifies him as to make the leap from pundit to DOF ? I'd like to persevere with JP rather than experiment yet again with say Dave Merrington trying to fulfill his own personal dream ticket of bringing Shearer back to 'mentor him'.
-
I thought Reading might be in for him.

BBC latest is £500,000 in January after the initial loan period at Sheff Utd. Go on Rupert, take a gamble reel him in.
-
Thanks for your reply to my post. So can anyone shed any light on my original question if JF is part of the consortium itself,or an agent acting for client investors ? WTF is John Cousins ?
-
Clearly the club are not in discussion, and this remains with JF to come back to the club once he has something of substance to talk about ie. as you say, proof of funds.
-
Isn't this dependent on where you live, and the policy of your local NHS Trust though ?
