  1. Not sure I follow that logic.
  2. Christ I’d forgotten Forster. We’re so shit he might end up with a clean sheet. Another damning statistic to add to the charge sheet.
  3. Is that ‘gone’ as in he hasn’t been in charge since last weekend? Or a new “gone”?
  4. But despite the score, we went toe to toe with them.
  5. He didn’t seem to have a problem raising challenging issues when Jones was at Saints. To some degree the phone-ins he held just whipped up the frenzy. (Remember the Doswell interview, and a tweet comparing how unpopular Porch’s appointment after Adkins was, and another Argentinian coach - Gallardo - wouldn’t face such hostility).
  6. Generally agree, although in one recent comment he made after the Villa game it simply trotted out the RM line. Everyone else and their dog disagreed.
  7. Rasmus, Russell, take a bow.
  8. Based on reputation I reckon he could cement our place in this league
  9. You can understand and accept this of Lallana given age, and injuries etc. And he wasn’t really a 90 minute player at his prime. Inexcusable for the rest of squad though.
  10. O’Neill just can’t compete with Russell’s beard. Foolish to think he could.
  11. … and the fans being responsible for cheering when Lumley goes long … and how that contributed to the four goals we concede
  12. Yes, but Fred wouldn’t be up to the job without Rose. She was the tactician, apparently.
  13. Don’t forget Wolves will have the pick of Portugal to select from, and whoever is on their pet agents books.
  14. Good Gloucester bloke, apparently. (Based on a studio talk show where a neighbour said he used to see him in the street, and they’d say hello, “well, I thought he were an alright bloke …” to much studio laughter) . I’m sure Gloucester Saint will know the area, and likely accent it was said in.
  15. Eustace is a strange one, he seems to have a good reputation for (?), …. having a good reputation. Don’t think he’s achieved much, and when his name was first mentioned with us I was surprised to see he wasn’t that experienced. His ridiculous sacking at Birmingham seems to have enhanced his standing disproportionately.
  16. They are at least putting up a fight. As are Wolves perhaps in a different way, which again is quite a contrast to how we seem resigned to defeat, and meekly accept it.
  17. I think he was popular and retained the support at both Swansea, and especially Forest.
  18. We'd have made him look a carthorse, although possibly a better calibre of one than BBD.
  19. They don't though do they ? Even now they and their agents, especiaiily the agents, will be occupied with thoughts of where they can move to for next season.
  20. Problem with the Wolves -Ipswich result is that we get double damage from this, Ipswich get the points, Wolves likely to sack their manager and improve.
  21. Wanking in the bath tub it would seem. If not that, then the square root of fuck all.
  22. Ipswich, like Leicester (against us)with a last minute corner away from home. Some managers encourage attacking play near the opposition goal.Daft bastards. It will never catch on.
  23. ??? Have I missed something or are we already stockpiling the insults, just in case he is appointed?

    Tyler Dibling

But they’re getting close to an agreement. Possibly two weeks away from him signing it.
  25. wonder how ‘good’ we could have been had he had that extra couple of weeks with them.
