One thing is for sure, Spurs and the bin dippers have made Man U more likeable

My view. AM did not pay the £1.5m in time because at that point they did not have another offer on the table. As they are skint they couldn't afford to risk the money. Then Spurs rock up with a bid that is more attractive and AM try it on and pay us the buy out clause and hope that they get away with it. TBF I don't blame them, it is worth a go.

probably had koeman in his ear all last season telling him what a bell end van gaal is. -

There is a certain irony, however they chose this jihad, no one can complain when the world decides to say enough

Be nice to see Cav get 4 stages this year to move second in the all time list
-
That will be the transfer to the big four in a couple of years then

To be fair they're not going to ask him how he feels about his sideways move to an underachieving club led by a complete knobber of a manager

Just missing the hairs on the back of the neck comment

This is the equivalent of giving a junkie free heroin only to withdraw it after they have become utterly dependent upon it, and then wondering why the junkie kicks off. The GDP may have gone up, but so have the prices. The greeks have not got three times as much money on the hip than they did 15 years ago. The GDP has fallen 25%, but the prices haven't.

Easy for us to barrack the Greek electorate for being mindless sheep when we have no concept of what life is like for the ordinary greek After five years of recession, 25% shrink of GDP, 50% youth unemployment - who here would want to take more of the medicine that the EU proposes?

Mental, just mental.

As long as we dont get Bournemouth until a few games in I don't mind - Hopefully they will get Chelsea first game who will put them back in their box

Interesting Considering he got the hump with KL wanting a modicum of oversight on his activities - what does he think he is going to get from Fenway - bet they dont have a "light touch".

I find I have to do a lot of hamstring stretches. I have had back issues for years, but a combo of cycling and stretches has really sorted me out. Money saved from not going to chiro currently being diverted to the CB Saint bike upgrade kitty.

Breaking News: Fifa officials arrested.

The scots wanted no truck with a UK Olympic team, so they can eff off if they think they might get a share of the WC that we are very unlikely to get because a) it will stay in Russia and b) we will get the blame for all of this so no one will vote for us -

Apparently they were threatening legal action and Fifa settled out of court to shut them up. not so much wrong doing but an example of the propensity of FIFA to throw large sums of money about to make problems go away -

I see Zico has just thrown his hat into the ring. without disparaging their achievements as footballers, is an ex-pro really what FIFA need to lead them into a new era. Surely you would want someone who has experience of running significant organisations and exposure to the highest levels of corporate governance. -

That boy just ain't wired right. -
Or " Its quite handy having the UK in the EU as they can be the voice of reason and curb some of the more lunatic schemes that us Norwegians would have to adhere" Frankly, I just dont believe any foreign politician / academic telling us what is best for us as they generally have their own agenda that they are trying to push. In this case I read - it is beneficial for Norway that the UK stays in
