  1. When I was a bit overweight, I used to eat it (although I preferred KFC) but as quite a few of the others have said, the smell just makes me sick; it's all the poorest meats, eggs, potatoes you'll ever find artificially altered and I try my best to completely avoid it these days.
  2. Seriously, even I didn't think they were THIS deluded!!!, from "theonlywayisup": "When stains were in this position, did the local politicians get involved? NO. Did the players offer to take pay cuts? NO. Did the players refuse to leave the club to go to another? NO. Did off shore supporters offer to pay for local ones to go to a game? NO. Did supporters try to set up a scheme to buy the club? NO. Did it get mentioned by the Prime Minister? NO. Was there the same spirit as shown by Pompey staff, players and supporters? NO. Why??? Cos they were "A" football club but we are Portsmouth football club. No wonder they are so jealous."
  3. Community Chest - Even though you fail to pay charities and the community the money you owe them, the league have seen it fit to recommend you as "community club of the season" win £100 in laundered notes.
  4. I'm standing by Marvin Gaye's version of the star-spangled banner because: A. It's about us giving the yanks a ruddy good hiding and B. That version could make it in the flippin soul charts ohhhh yeaahh
  5. I think the question is: would YOU saint-Scooby, by bringing this up I think we have our answer
  6. is anybody actually a real pompey fan?
  7. Yeah sorry!!.....I can't help that he's sexist!
  8. HEHEHE I got my question in that web chat! "Comment From Darren H What IF chanrai's debenture is proved to be a myth? does that mean that the previous Admin was invalid and that HMRC had and STILL have a perfectly adequate case for winding the club up?" To which he replied "it could be a real house of cards" too bleedin right it could be!!
  9. VERSION of a national anthem?......without doubt, THIS is the best you'll ever hear!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jC0d92g0X6Y
  10. Whilst I have a username and have commented a few times, it's not me but I did find myself thinking "He MUST be on a wind-up!" pun intended!
  11. I'm pretty certain he's one of us.
  12. What like resurrecting child labour?
  13. Funny that TOO!!!......A friend in the US of mine, put a link up on the book of faces where the Republican party have suggested that a full-time job may be classed as an "education" for children as young as 12.....who says child labour in the western world is dead eh?
  14. Funny that, so did the conservatives!!
  15. Bandai have been sponsoring saints players for years, I think at one point they sponsored Le Tissier, Flowers, Grobbelaar, Shearer....oh yeah, I see it now
  16. You all appear to be missing what I think was Nige's best quote! "the future's very very bright, the future's bright; it's red and white" THAT was my favourite Adkins quote.....hats off to him!
  17. Pompey obviously.... I'll throw this one out there and hope you can remember: I want Doncaster to go down simply because of that bloomin picture of the train in the boardroom that replaced the cup final one and which caused so much hassle! gits, giving us a gift n'all And in all honesty? I don't care who else, just as long as Pompey are one of them.
  18. IF it IS someone from here, there appear to be a lot of us on the News board tonight and that the awful truth nudge nudge wink wink.
  19. ARGHHHHHHHHH They STILL Don't get it!!! The first post after an article in the P*mpey News stated that the -10 point was official: "Assuming the club get approval to bring a couple of players in on loan as has been rumoured, will Lawrence's injury suddenly be okay now, what with no need to play the sympathy card any longer?" BRINGING PLAYERS IN ON LOAN????? FFS!!!!!! use your yoof and reserves like everyone else!!!
  20. I was there!!!......Also to hypochondriac, Le Tissier was the front man for Pinnacle so of course Nicola would put some of the blame on him.
  21. yeah because NOBODY is going to be offended by the bottom one there...ARE they and actually I'll quote above "That was pretty sick but i still looooled." so I appear to not have been the only one that found it mildly amusing. Fact is, insensitive jokes like the "Dress to kill" and the "Young girls scream"(I'll call it that) will offend someone, there is no way around it. For example, a close friend of mine was murdered by Bin Laden's lot in the 7/7 London underground attacks so I could take offence from it....but I don't. OK, Rubbish joke time: "what did one spice say to the other spice?...I'm just cumin!"
  22. As i recall Nicola and Markus were flabbergasted that Michael Fialka and Le Tiss's team got the preferred status over them; which is one of the reasons Le Tiss isn't incredibly popular with Nicola; so one would have to question Fry's motives on that one as he must have known Liebherr had money and that Fialka didn't show signs of it.
  23. I love this from Taskforce in the news: "Can't we get the administrator scummers had he managed to find a good owner for them" - except it wasn't for the want of trying that he didn't manage to get us a potless no hoper.
  24. S'alright, the perp who was asked to quote that got it wrong anyhow. I agree about Sherlock Holmes however...not such a fan of Conan-Doyle though for obvious reasons (I bet all the pompey fans are wishing they had world-renowned support like Dickens and Conan-Doyle now
  25. Someone watched the chase last night
