Right through this process, I haven't been impressed with Mark Fry - he reminds me too much of Wupert I think (showing up at Wolves with a smug grin to get himself on TV didn't help) - and today that has been confirmed. He clearly has no idea what he's doing - he made the wrong call in giving exclusivity to Pinnacle, which has cost us the time needed to get a legitimate buyer in. I must say for the first time in this process I am gutted and really fear that SFC will be no more - until today I thought someone would save us. All we can hope for now is a late deal - looks like it's going to be a tense week.

Why do people love Strachan? For me he comes in 2nd place to Wupert as to why we were relegated from the Prem - couldn't manage talented players and left us with a team of tryers who thought they were better than they were after the FA Cup run and also were found out by everyone else. He then saw the way it was going and left. Got Celtic so far and has now left - the man is a one trick pony with a bit of Keegan about him. We need someone who has managed at this level before with success - who has got teams out of League One before and then done well in the Championship? No point going for a big name who will leave when they get a better offer or quit if the going gets tough.
