FF thanks for this information anyway of substaniating who K v.d. W is and what is background is I just cant believe we are in about the 4th day of this any still no nearer any information.

So he got 94.5% of the vote to be re-elected which is unbelievable, I know we all voted bfore we left the meeting but then we are ony minor shareholders.

Cany anyone confirm what percentage Lowe got at the recent AGM someone has told me that it was in the region of 90+% which would have meant that the either large shareholders ie Leon didnt vote or have I been misinformed with this figure.

But isnt this what the Saints Trust should be doing, they own shares and also have or had shares proxied to them.

His name in the article is Kim Van Der Waals unless the writer got it wrong we have nothing else to go by unless of course this is not his real name.
