Steve Mills for me closely followed by Golac, lucky to have seen them both. Clyne is good and is third best for me.

Great evening had a good catch up with Tim Manns and his Dad and a few others that I had not seen for a long time. Agree with all what's been said above and think Steele could host an evening with an audience alone he always makes me laugh with his stories the freckle one had me crying with laughter. Look forward to reading the book. Thanks to all concerned and really hope it is not going to be the last book.

At away games visitors don’t have designated areas for families. On Saturday I was stood with a friend who had his 8 year old daughter with him, the guy in front of us used the C word very loudly a number of times but not in a threatening context or manner. I hate the word but accept at football matches you hear it both on and off the pitch. The first time on Saturday the guy in front of us used the C word the 8 year old looked at her Dad and he said something along the lines “we don’t say that word do we and you only hear it at football and must not repeat it because it is not a nice word”. Football wouldn’t be the same if swearing was banned and not sure how they could police it if it did ever happen.

IMO I think Boruc was just trying to prove to Szczesny that he is Poland's No. 1 and it backfired, doesnt make him a bad keeper but sometimes he doesnt take the easiest and safest option.

This was posted on the Saints list by Herbie Taylor hope he doesn't mind me posting it here found it very interesting, seems we have come along way since the dressing rooms at the Dell . I have been asked twice today whether, in the light of having a female assistant referee, (lines -woman) M.s Sian Massey on Saturday, have we got a separate dressing room for such an occasion. The answer is yes, including mirrors.(for the male refs!) Just inside the tunnel area there is an Officials Room, once inside there are two doors, behind each is an identical small dressing room with showers, changing area and in some ways a miniature version of the players dressing room. I thought M.s Massey, who is 28 years old and a school teacher had an excellent game on Saturday and was always up with the play. Lets have a few more like her. As an aside there is bell push to signal to the players dressing rooms when to come out before kick - off and at half time. Someone on a stadium tour, (a scotsman) told me that one of the Scottish clubs, Aberdeen I think he said, has 'referees room' written in braille under the words on the dressing room door! I am not sure if I have mentioned it before on here, but last year the Home dressing room shower and toilet area was upgraded to include a 8 man jacuzzi. New showers and posh new toilets too. Also did you know the Manager and coaches have their own dressing room, separate from the players? This was upgraded at the same time as the Home dressing room. Very swish. There is also a small dressing room for the visiting manager. Not so swish! We now have an upgraded Warm Up Room which is on show during stadium tours. It includes some special gym equipment and floor mats that I am told are used to ensure the players have a light workout before going out for the warm up on the pitch. This is to prevent muscle pulls during the pitch warm up. The Visitors dressing room does not have a warm up room nor a Jacuzzi, just two baths and ten showers. Herbie ( dreading that last ever tour) .

It is very difficult for overseas fans to now buy tickets. I have a lot of friends who come over regularly from Holland, Russia, Sweden, Norway etc., who always struggle to purchase tickets themselves. We don’t seem to have any overseas supporter groups anymore, or if they do exist they don’t appear to be very active. It must be very frustrating for you, the only way I can suggest is that you ask a season ticket holder to purchase the tickets on your behalf.

At least we are not in the ballot situation yet for away tickets, I can't imagine what that would be like, but do agree the club should let us know how many tickets they are taking for each away fixture.
-
I would presume it means either an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink it doesn't specify and only available in the Northam stand.
-
Anyone else get an email from the club offering a free drink at the Hull game on Saturday, unfortunately need to claim 45 mins before KO.

Was lucky enough to meet Stuart and what a lovely guy he was, lived quite close to me too. RIP Stuart.

There is not as many season ticket holders as you think with 3+ games. The reason for this is because everyone is using the same tickets all the time as these qualify first and ensure that you have tickets, even though different people are going to the games.

Reminded me of another match in March 1972 when we were battered by Leeds 7 0, we could of easily have scored 7 today totally dominated today and would like to know how many passes we made before we lost possession to see if we came close to the Leeds total which has haunted me for many years.

Havent laughed so much for a long time, the best medicine ever.

Must admit, and I am not one to praise Stewards, but the stewards around where I was at Man U were very good, let us stand throughout the match, joined in with banter with our fans and generally very pleasant and complimentary about our team.

Hope we sell this one out, our away support has been incredible and would be good to take the full allocation at Stoke.
-
Stop all the bickering I should be the one taking the praise for Morgan, ever since his first game for Saints against Cardiff I knew he would be one of the greatest players to wear the red and white stripes(?) and have for the past 5 years backed him all the way. He is an incredible player how he doesnt get picked for France I will never know.

Good read and nice to catch up with you yesterday.

Best player for me today the tackle on Welbeck was superb.
-
They could put on a football special train then, would be a good day out.
-
Would be great if we could reduce ticket prices after the Arsenal game, especially around the Christmas period.
-
Hi Antrim, I hope you find two tickets, I had a spare but that has now gone, if I hear of any more I will let you know.
-
I already asked that question but didnt get a response.
