I am part of Colslaw (Committee of loyal Saints living around Watford) There have been no fans forums for a long time. They ended when Rupert Lowe stood down as Chairman for the first time. I did write to Leon Crouch about it and he promised to start them up again and he asked David Luker to look into it. That died a death when Leon stood down as chairman. I have been thinking of asking Rupert Lowe to start them up again but decided to leave until things had settled down a bit. Rupert Lowe was always supportive of this concept and I was going to suggest restarting them towards the end of the season. I believe London Saints would also be supportive of this from past conversations with them.

Spot on. Interesting Lowe is blamed by many for all our ills but it was the lack of backing that Lowe received at this time that was the start of our problems. From Lowe leaving our club was run financially so poorly that we were heading to become the next Luton Town. (Dont forget Luton were in the same league as us a couple of years ago) It will take time but genuinely think we are starting to get our club on track. At least I can now relate to players who seem to care about our club unlike the team of last season. We appear to be laying good foundations again.

I am actually very encouraged by the way the club is being run since the return of Rupert Lowe and genuinely believe he is implementing a sustainable business model for us. I am more positive about the future now than I have been at anytime since we got relegated. So not all bad as far as I am concerned. Also the football is more entertaining as well.

I think the attitude of the fans especially our home fans do little to help the team at times. Booing players, abuse, snide comments do nothing to help the players confidence and this will ultimately impact on their performance on the pitch. I know from a good source that Kelvin Davies used to hate coming out for the warm up at SMS because of the reaction of the crowd. How can that be good preparation for a game. Sure debate the pros and cons of a performance on TSW or in the pub but at the ground we should always get behind the team and the players no matter how bad they are. Now that Jermaine Wright has gone and Kelvin is in superb form who are some fans going to pick on now BWP, one of the youngsters like Lloyd James. I know that Kelvin was deeply moved by the reaction he got from the fans on Tuesday but he didnt deserve the way he was treated when he first came to the club. I have never understood the attitude some of our fans have towards the players and club but then I guess I never will.

Based on yesterdays performance I would keep Cork in a defensive midfield role.

Just got back from the game - he did well and I think he will be first choice centre back for most of the season. Good player imo.

What possible good could that do for us. Less money low gates and hard to win promotion. Ask any Leeds fans if dropping into League 1 has been good for them. We need to consolidate and build for the future with this talented crop of youngsters not take a further step backwards.

I thought that Jamie White was excellent against Derby. I think he will be an automatic choice ahead of Jake Thompson.

I totally agree with you. Lowe will get the club back in the black by getting rid of the overpaid rubbish from last year. Jan's team is really exciting and one that I want to watch. Was at Derby today and it was an outstanding performance with great football. Havent been this excited about Saints for years. The worst thing that could happen to Saints is a takeover and all change again. This new team is one I want to watch every week.

Just got back - sensational performance today. So good to watch. The only disappointment was the finishing is not yet sharpe enough as we deserved to win by 4 or 5 but that will come. All the players did really well. Great support from our fans as well just need to get more people to games as these kids play great football which is a joy to watch. Also last 20 minutes we were not holding on we were all over them. Havent seen such a comfortable 1 - 0 win in a long time.
