As a matter of interest, has anyone received an email from the club about this or is it just information from the website?
-
We certainly need to mix the team up a bit. A few players are looking physically/mentally jaded. Bring in a couple who have a point to prove (Adam Armstrong being a good example) and it will hopefully pep the whole team up. No point in having much better strength in depth if we don't use it to our advantage.

Not even a hint of an apology. Just a turn up early or it's your fault you don't get in attitude.

Mine's arrived along with a letter telling me how wonderful our new screens are going to be!
-
I don't check there on a regular basis. I was hoping they might make a bit more of a personal effort.
-
Surely a brief email updating on the situation isn't too much to ask?
-
And they even have the cheek to add £1.50 to the cost as an administration fee...

Any idea what's going on with Danny's contract situation????
-
I can understand why people are saying we need a full back who can cover both sides but didn't we buy KWP with just that in mind? We just haven't seen him on the left as we have no right back cover. Any decent right backs out there who might be good for us?

I'm not convinced that Armstrong will play. 4 games in a couple of weeks may be too much for him. Assume that would mean Diallo coming in if Romeu is not fit to start?
-
It clearly stated that if you requested a refund and matches were consequently able to be played it would not affect your chances of getting a ticket. In fact, if you'd already been successful in the ballot earlier in the season when matches were played in front of smaller crowds then you would be at the back of the queue. All season tickets have been refunded it's just that some people have kept the credit on their account.

Had my refund today. Quite appropriate really...
-
Play Ramsay and make sure he has decent protection.
-
I've gone for the refund on the basis that if there's no credit in my account we're odds on to get to a socially distanced cup final and I'll need to search down the back of the sofa for the pennies to pay for it!
-
That's true. Wonder if that will be a hindrance or a help!
-
To play devil's advocate... Perhaps Ralph is happy with Redmond as that's how he's told him to play?
-
Am I right in thinking more subs are allowed in the Cup? Could give more opportunity for youngsters and older players needing a run out etc to get a half each.
-
Is there a deadline for how long they intend to wait?
-
Precisely. Why should other clubs have lost because they needed to put out teams of youngsters while Shrewsbury get another chance? Nothing to do with being a Saints fan - the integrity of the competition is at stake if you change the rules on a whim.
-
Still no refund despite emailing before Christmas and being assured it had been processed the week before. The "useless" Saints Promise guarantees a refund within 14 days of a match being announced as being played without fans. To my mind the best course is therefore to give them a couple of weeks to refund all games until the end of February or even mid March. Not ideal but better to get everything up to date.
-
Why are we expected to keep contacting the club? Surely they have a refund database by now which just requires someone to press a button?
-
According to the Saints Promise in that natty little box they sent out we should have been refunded within 14 days of the announcement of the game being played without fans. Should have been refunded all games up to the end of January by now then🤷
-
I'm the same. Looking back over how long it took the previous refunds to be processed (I'm a bit bored!) I'd expect the Man Utd refund in my account tomorrow. I assume they changed their minds on the Sheffield Utd refunds that hadn't already been processed because of the possibility that you might be refunded for a game you actually get to go to.

Last minute as in the 99th minute?
