Here is a right field suggestion. We need to play a right back at right back, so bring in Ramsay as Bednarek was a fish out of water there last night. Then two of Bednarek, Vestergaard and Salisu at centre back. Let's put Bednarek and Vestergaard back together their and then how about if Diallo and Romeu are out, which is almost a certainty, move Salisu into a holding midfield role alongside Ward-Prowse. He could be a beast there. Just a thought, I think he has the ability to play there: McCarthy Ramsay, Bednarek, Vestergaard, Bertrand Ward-Prowse, Salisu Armstrong, Tella Ings, Minamino

Play best team every game. Surely it is not too difficult to play 2 games a week? I'd bet the players would rather play a game than do training!!!

Have always liked Perry, but maybe he is now a bit too old (slow) and small for this division, although he always reads the game well, will be a useful back up to Jaidi and Trotman when they're out injured or suspended or when Trotman returns to Preston from his loan spell

Maybe £50 million nowadays, but he'd be playing top flight footy not Div 1. Had we still had someone of his calibre now maybe we'd still be in the Prem!! He would never of left the Saints as long as we we're in the top flight, but would he have moved had we gone down?? He always wanted more international recognition and maybe surely a move to a bigger club would of enhanced this, but was always happy with us. Wonder how many French caps he'd of won had he chose them when Platini came knocking on his door?? How did he play last night? Could be a useful addition to the squad with his experience at this level, which will also release Lloyd James into a more advanced role in right or centre midfield!!

Fully deserves call up. Has been superb this season and was MoM last night IMO along with Super Kelvin Davis. Only fear is, he'll be sold in January!!
