Editing time I think!

People just seem to revel in defeat more than they do with a win. Not sure that's it's just this place but the post match comments tend to go on for 7-8 pages after a defeat rather than 3-4 for a win.

After hearing that AP and MA were east end casino buddies I wouldn't be surprised if AP knew it would be on the cards as soon as CH was sacked. I'm not sure about him engineering his own downfall but perhaps knowing that such an opportunity would be around the corner, maybe he just plain didn't give a monkeys....

He'd be at Newscastle leaving us milling around mid table and everyone on here would think he was a ****. If he didn't go there though I think we would probably be around the same position.
-
Two key reasons for me... 1) Lack of leadership to drag players through the difficult games/periods of games. 2) We are lacking another striker. We have Lambert and Barnard as our only out and out strikers. I think we can forget Connolly and Guly is more of an attacking midfielder and can't be relied upon as an out and out striker

Question for the Positive-Thinkers after the Walsall result
Dig Dig replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
It's likely to be the difference between 2nd and playo ff's I reckon. I was fairly confident of auto promotion a few weeks back but the team does seem to lack a bit of a cutting edge when it matters the most. I have a horrible feeeling that we are heading for a play off final with Peterborough.....and I would hate to play a one off game against those guys -
Seriously, wtf are you talking about!? We conceded a goal ffs, settle down

Another bi-monthly up for sale thread! Jesus, pretty much every club in the country have been linked to some kind of arab consortium. That article is a joke with no reference to any source what so ever. However, the people who want to believe it will though when in fact it's better served removing the **** from your arse. I'd recommend printing if off first though -
He's out of contract in the summer so not that bad a bid. They have to get promoted for him to stay so he may go for **** all in te summer

I'm not talking about values in terms of religion but there is a certain British way. Some of it is nice, some of it(a lot of fact) is ugly. And I'm not suggesting that I know what the right/wrong value are, i live by my own. My original point is that we are not truly multicultural because we encourage too much segregation which only serves to promotes extremist from all sides
-
But these things can all exist regardless and for me thats what "multiculturilsm" is all about. Im not advocating not practising any traditional customs but rather, balancing these with and accepting the values of the country you chose to live in.
-
I know it's always been the case but should it be? Brits do it abroad all over the place. The point I'm making is I wouldn't just move to an area populated by brits as in my opinion, it just promotes sticking to your home grown values and not integrating into what should be your new "home" culture
-
He is quick, i saw him on telly! He may not be "jonno quick" but he would out sprint most CB's in this league. His shot was poor and should have been saved
-
One of the main issue's is that we allow segregation. The various nationalities form subcultures and tend to settle in the same areas which only serves to create a "them and us" mentality. Anyone who decides to emigrate anywhere in the world should do so with a desire to actully live within the country and not just create a mini home from home. Otherwise just don't go!

He's just brett ormerod on speed

This. A bad gene pool has clearly dented our promotion hopes
