  1. Not closing down quickly enough or at all has really cost us over the last couple of weeks. And our fullbacks need to look at Taylors performance for Swansea today for a lesson in how to tackle. If it wasn't for reoccurring mistakes, we'd be up by now.
  2. Settle down everyone. One win at home required against a relegated side. Maybe nothing at all needed depending on what happens Monday night. Can't expect us to rock up to whever we like and take 3 points. Just hope that everyone is behind the lads on Sunday if a result is needed as 32000 tense and nervous fans is no help at all. Life at the top ain't easy!!!
  3. Just found a nice rainbow coloured flag. Not sure what country it's for but I'll bring that as well.
  4. I've got a lovely Japanese flag to bring along. Will also bring a couple of others, maybe Brazil for a bit of colour and to show our support for Guly.
  5. Clyne Clayton McCleary
  6. That was Cork
  7. That quote is true of most of the Championship to be fair.
  8. @adlallana1: Big thanks to all the fans that traveled to palace and Peterborough in their thousands! #greatfans see you at the weekend #riverside Top effort guys.
  9. We can all club together to get them something really big and shiny!
  10. How was Guly?
  11. I'm not sure but surely there is a reference to 1928 or something which will tell us?
  12. Still would love for us to win it as the players deserve to get their hands on something shiny for their efforts over the past two seasons. But pleased for Reading, much rather it be them than West Ham.
  13. Be on a conference call 9-10 this evening so won't be able to listen to the game so will have to settle for live txt updates.....booooooo
  14. If Bart hadn't got the protection of the defence after the 2 he conceded he could have well continued his horror show that day. Luckily, Blackpool didn't create much in the second half that day. Point is, once a keeper has lost his confidence and bottle, especially away from home, all of them are more than capable of having a complete mare. I've seen the highlights of the game at the weekend and other than for the first goal, I can't think of another which you could directly attribute to the goalie alone.
  15. I guess someone must have lined Barts pockets for the Blackpool at home game then?
  16. Anyone can look back on a 6-0 hammering and point towards team selection, tatics and individual errors otherwise there would never be any thrashings when teams from within the same division play each other. Poyetr has also been critised many times this season over odd team selection so this isn't new for him. Lets not start embarrassing ourselves through sour grapes. What happened happened and now the lads just have to win tomorrow to put us back on track. FFS.
  17. How you have audacity to call someone else thick when you sit there argueing about the semantics of how eveyone is supposed to understand exactly what you are thinking in your weird little brain is beyond me. I think a cheeseburger has travelled through your vascular system and has settled on your brain causing confusion, paranoia and the inability to see logic through your own stupid arguments. Keep digging though for the entertainment of everyone else
  18. Sorry, have I captured something incorrectly?
  19. Right. Think I've got. So Brighton threw the game against West Ham because they know they are not good enough to win the play-off's and would gain more satisfaction in seeing us miss out on auto promotion. Yet Brighton ARE good enough to beat us should they ever meet us in the play off's but wouldn't stand a chance against anyone else in the final as they are not good enough for that. But they are not so bad as to lose 6-0 to West Ham away as they are too good for that.
  20. No you haven't. You've conveniently brushed a side Brightons pay off chances as it wouldn't have suited your utterly stupid argument.
  21. I bet if we finished 3rd playing Brighton in 6th you would be proclaiming that they would win because of some reason of another.
  22. Oh dear. So now Alpine is seeing conspiracy as part of his post defeat meltdowns..... Do you honestly believe Brighton would harm there own chances of the play-off's just to spite us? West Ham were just really pumped for the game and Brighton couldn't handle them/bottled it on the day. Are we supposed to be investigating every heavy defeat in future just because it's an inconvenience to us?
