I we win today, then I think we will survive the season, admittedly as a very ordinary team. Lose and as other people have said we will be in a relegation fight and finishing 17th maybe aspiration.

Agreed it is a nightmare scenario financially, but other than that aspect not so bad. My preference would be to bob about mid table although anything 17th upwards is fine.

17th acceptable, ie money will still roal in worth minimum, of outlay. 18th buggers things up. I have been consistent in arguing that this is the main aim of the club. 17th and upwards is success. The idea of us going for Europe etc is just to make the fans feel happy, it was never a realistic aim as it would cost too much.
