This is a local game for me I have my ticket in hand. This will be a very difficult game to win, Norwich are easily best team in the league. Canaries support very vocal and very passionate.

I won't shed a single tear if they go bust and disappear, not a single tear ! Why ? They gave us NO sympathy last year.

The days of Lawrie mac were the 'glory days' for SFC. The legacy of Lawrie lived on right through to the millienium and beyond. The tragedy that befell this club happened in2004 when Sturrock was appointed.

I have just bought my Naaaaaarwich tickets on the phone. I aked about JPT and the ticket office sounded pretty confident, without committing themsleves, that people who were on the Database would get a ticket. The JPT is not the same as the FACUP, ie few neutrals and dignitaries. I think ticket availability should be OK

Alan Sugar on radio saying that for too long football clubs have felt that banks and creditors would not go after a football club and they felt they were somehow immune to financial penalties of other business. Basically, they are wrong and HMRC and the like have had enough of the likes of Portsmuff and want the money owed to them. Hints that it is possible that a club could go to the wall.

On paper they should win. However, morale will be brittle especially when the players are reminded that they could be out of a job soon.

People may yawn, but the Hoddle debate will continue for many years as we are able to assess the crisis years at the club. Without a doubt it started with the appoiintment of the inexperienced Sturrock. Also, there was a minority of very vocal fans that played their part in this most ruinous of choices.

I agree. It went badly wrong at the end but i think Lowe with time Lowe will be judged more fairly. Biggest mistake was not appointing Hoddle in 2004.
