You are right and we slipped into an arrogant complacency. It didn't happen overnight. I coined the phrase some years ago 'sleepwalking' to relegation and many people (including the Sunday Times), are now using the same phrase.

Anyone think Forster would be OK in the Championship. Kelvin was Ok in L1 and Championship, but could never quite cop with the PL?

I there are not relegation clauses it is proof of the arrogance of those at the top thinking they would not be needed. People took our Premier status for granted. We ****ed it away in 2005 and now again.
