Good point, on another day those first half chances would have gone in for us. Feel we need another creative midfield player to come in as we lack that extra bit of flair needed against the better sides without Ramirez or Lallana on the pitch.

Good first half, created plenty of chances and should really be leading, hope we don't come to regret these wasted chances. Seem to be a bit more aggressive in chasing the ball down so far although time will tell if the team are fit enough to close down and chase like that for 90 minutes.

It will be interesting to see how RL is used now MP is coaching. We may find out if the decision to drop him for some games/substitute him was down to Adkins' tactics or was an edit passed down by NC & friends to phase him out of the team. Seemed odd that he was being linked with moves to Championship clubs towards the end of the summer window.
