  1. He looked bloody fast I tell ya that. Looked to stay very central rather than going out wide. Main thing for me was that he looked to get behind with pace. A different option definately
  2. Didn't think Millwall were loud at all. They were after they scored but that's it.
  3. In the hat for next round.. if we get a good tie then that should be incentive to push on
  4. Agree with most of that. Martin was great today, definately MOM. I thought in general, with a pretty makeshift team a draw was fair. Even the first teamers who were playing were getting back to fitness. Of those who were first team, who have bene playing and were in their natural position, I only counted Richardson and Hammond. Reeves looked nice and tidy but definately felt he got a bit muscled about. No complaints though, he is a young guy and that side of his game will come. Puncheon played exactly like I wanted him too. A real team performance from him. Tracked back lots, good forward passing, clever runs and he has such good ball control. He really is like a new signing, I hope he keeps it up. Generally a good reception for him. Happy with what I saw of Lee. He looks like he has some good pace on him and some clever runs. Definately looked like he is worth signing. Millwall are not a great side, have seen them a couple times this season. We will beat them at our place and definately at their place with a full team in a few weeks away.
  5. He was very good today, happy for him. Definately has that bit more about him. Keeps the ball so well, sticks to his feet. He seemed up for it. Main thing I noticed before the KO, he went up to every player for a hug and a high five, all seemed very genuine. Was good to see. I'd say the players are all well behind him.
  6. Made a last minute decision to go to this one. Waiting at Victoria now looking forwar to it. Excited to see a new and an old face in action. Should be a decent team out.
  7. Good player, perfect fit for an injured Jos too. Good news if it comes through
  8. I think he's really good. Against Bristol City he was quality as well. He wants to take people on, he's exciting. A bit of work on his final ball and he'll be a very good player.
  9. Completely expected to lose tonight. The sooner we get Lallana, Lambert, Chaplow and Fonte back the better. Plus Richardson back from full fitness and hopefully Jos wont be out for long either, these injuries are really hurting us. And get some new signings in ! Crap tonight.
  10. Quite literally all our best players out now. Ridiculous.
  11. I would be annoyed at this, but I'm actually not surprised. Who are 2 people on their team who you knew would score? Bloody knew it.
  12. Lambert, Lallana, Chaplow and Fonte all out. Probably the first 4 names on the teamsheet ! Time for others to step up then.
  13. Make that 3-0 Cov.
  14. 2-0 Coventry !
  15. Screw Pompey, if them winning helps us get promoted I'll root for them.
  16. No chance.
  17. Be hilarious if hooiveld convinced hopper to join. Celtic fans dont exactly like him too much already !
  18. I'm not saying I think this will happen, but I certainly don't believe it is over because Hooper said he is happy. pretty much everything that comes out of football clubs these days is fabricated. How many times has a player said he is happy to then leave?
  19. Me and 2 others.
  20. Don't see it at all. I think we really need another striker as apart from Connelly and Lambert we have no other out and out strikers. Lambert is the main man. Connelly only plays in fits and bursts Guly isn't an out and out striker. Barnard is crocked and I think will be gone soon.
  21. One of them on that Celtic thread saying how Kommons is a better player than Lallana.
  22. 4th Official gets some wrong, but also gets a fair few right too. Take it with a pinch of salt but keep an eye on it definately. He can play on the wing too I think?
