Saints .v. sailor boys game; Very Disappointed
fareham saint phil replied to TijuanaTim's topic in The Saints
Hell i hope you manage to get a ticket, after the work you done for big Ron you deserve it for that alone. Maybe people should read the posts fully a second time to gauge the feeling and gist of what is being said, or maybe next time TT dont type "I'm in LA so i deserve a ticket over everyone on else because i have to travel 1000's of miles" in invisible type (is there a sarcastic face thingy i could use there) There is always people ready to use the "I'm a better fan than you" argument or the "I've been to more games than you" argument. I think people that go the extra mile in supporting their club and ex players (and dont bleat on about it, not once did TT say "because of all the hard work in helping RD i deserve a ticket") deserve to be accommodated. Good luck on the ticket hunt i really hope you make it here -
Oh please count AK testimonial as that would make 10 Home and away Best was the 1-0 Steve Moran Funniest was 5-1 AK testimonial Worse 1-4 enough said No violence seen 3-0 FA Cup match at The Dell they had the stuffing knocked out of them on the pitch. Worse violence, after the first game at their ****hole 0-1 when they destroyed the place or was it made improvements!!

Off this topic but i went on youtube and theres a clip of MLT on countdown, where he gets the numbers thingy right, shock footballer with brains or was it all the betting odds he had to work out!!! didn't even know he went on there with Jeff

Like most, and certainly after saturday when we were crying out for that type of player, I'd like to see us sign Danns, but i suppose that will be down to the administrators of CP as this is the last day they can get any decent money in. Its funny how 6mths can can a football club, back in the summer we were at the mercy of money men!!

Agree with Rob, i dont think im better than any other supporter or that any other is better than me, a Saints supporter is a Saints supporter when all is said and done. The only thing with ticket sales the more you attend the first choice at tickets, same with away games (ie the exeter game). I understand people buying on the day, before i got the season tickets i done thant often. We keep on getting told to lick tickets to a name but why cant the ticket office just request a name it takes 20 seconds or less to do this but they never do, when i've been to away games this year i could be anyone buying a ticket but its just that i give them the ST to link them to.

If me and the son manage to get out of Fareham alive then we will be there, already the winding up has started so stab vest and flak jackets at the ready for when we leave
-
My lads footie team played petersfield a few years ago and son always wears a saints shirt under his top and he took it off and the **** called him a scummer, bet he wished he hadnt as a torrent of abuse from the 5 saints supporters in the team followed and one rather large portsmouth supporting Dad had a right go at him, that was worth the car ride up there by itself.

Good point, the MK game could be overshadowed and swept away if we are not careful, and a wembley final in any competition is an achievement, its been along time since we were at wembley and it would be a fantastic day for the younger fans. Living in Fareham and knowing lots of skates, we will need wembley to hold all of them that "already have tickets" and "I'll be there" blue few

The main thing about this penalty was that it was a decent one and he had to "make a save". You just have to be impressed by him this season, maybe the renewed competition from Bart has made him up his game even more.
-
Just think when hws out and his phone goes off everyone around him will think sad ****er.
-
simple in its exacusion but did make me laugh. and not many replays. me i would take a home tie dont care who
-
We were all devastated not just you, BUT get over it, I've seen Saints relegated before and seen them promoted, thats football, thats what happens, and we all show our passion for our team in many ways. Getting ****ed and thrown out of pubs etc etc is nothing i would own up to
-
Quite right That day as he was warming down some of our fans were giving him abuse so he did put his thumb down but if you cant take it dont give it. As for his other things i think it takes guts to come out and say what he did v harland as how many other players go in to hurt players and never say anything, he never backes down from saying anything. Im not a big fan but christ get over it, hes come out this week and said he doesn't feel we are a L1 club, and no punch line that we should be in L2. So focus your energy on beating the team not the manager

OK I'll do it. How many sold for Ipswich

Ray Crawford was guest at our youth football clubs presentation evening last year and what a top bloke he is, Jungle boy was his nickname and his autobiography was called that, he still does commentary on their matches so im sure he will be there tomorrow. Funny story he told me was that when he had scored the winner for England at wembley, he was on the train going back to Ipswich so he got a sandwich and cup of coffee from the buffet car and sent his expenses in to the FA (as he was told to do) the following week he got a letter saying that the FA would not refund his money as it was too much!! -
Thank god forums weren't around when MLT was wandering around the pitch looking bored and uninterested, he would have been murdered by some of our support. AL is far and away the most skillful player on any league 1 pitch, sometimes things dont work etc etc but stop the witch hunt he's young and still learning and i for one would miss him if he left this Jan or summer

Just watching on SS3 now and the first half pushy shovey handbaggy at 5 paces when LJ and KD were booked, how did the same little **** that had a go at Morgan not get booked as he clearly push LJ in the back, and the commentators are going on about consistancy. Yes MS should have been sent off, by the letter of the law, but did anyone see the red coming because i didn't i thought both would get yellows

Neal Trotman loan move to Huddersfield Town.
fareham saint phil replied to mightysaints's topic in The Saints
After just one game you could see how good Fonte is so he's a better option than NT, I wish him all the best at Hudd (apart from when we play them) as he done a job for us when we needed it. Thank you and move on -
If Carlisle make it they will bring down their full allocation as they did a few years ago to another cup/playoff final so it wont be half empty, anyone from the town would suddenly become a fanatic supporter just to get to wembley. I dont really care who we play as long as we are there, common boys do us proud tonight COYR

Saints v MK Dons - Now on Sky Sports 3.
fareham saint phil replied to SaintNeil90's topic in The Saints
Of course the "BIG" premiership games take priority over us lower league semi finals, good old Sky pinning its colours firmly onto the mast -

Still got the video and it includes the goals leading up to the final, great day out forest fans were ****, and you had to laugh when a manager that got his team to wembley name was booed. Its funny how other fans think these are mickey mouse cups like the JPT but sod that a wembley final is a wembley final, fantastic day out and who knows if you will get another chance to see your team at wembley again. I was lucky seeing the FA Cup final, Charity Shield, League cup and the ZDS at wembley my kids haven't seen us in a wembley final so for them i hope we make it (Cardiff was fantastic but its not wembley so doesn't count). Also wouldn't it be fantastic to see us win a final again -
Merrington -if you are reading, please, please...

Colchester away, Bart looked nervous and very uncertain, has to be Kelvin all day long
-
Seller in Lithuania seems strange to me, without looking are there any pics in "In that number" that could confirm the era/players etc
-
What a difference a few months make, we have been through **** and now we are enjoying the re-birth of our club lets enjoy it, glad i got our half season tickets now!!
-
Loved Franny as a player (not in a gay girlie way mind you) so if he was i would be sad, i always thought he had something to do with the community side so hopefully it isn't as it may appear. We still need the links to the old players thats what the fans like more than anything else, as long as he buys his ticket im sure hes welcome!!!
