Have to say I couldn't care less that our penalties were "dubious" If you had been up at stockport and seen their penalty against us maybe you would share my views. We got them won the game end of story. As for the manchester derby..who the **** cares

Having a bloody PO postcode is worse i think

The club gave it large with the "you set the price" but they probally had it fixed anyway, the pricing for a match that alot of fans see as pointless is excessive, just look at the attendance for the game v a prem club in the league cup. If it had been as some had thought. ie 10 for a family then with the kickoff time we may have seen a good crowd, as it is now i cant see anything near a quarter full, i think they missed a trick here. Do we have to agree the prices with torquay before hand as with other cup competitions

Back in the 70's when replica shirts weren't that common, an old uncle (god rest the old ****ers soul) brought me a red and white striped shirt which i had to wear every time he came over, problem was it was a ****ing stoke city one. good job i lived in cumbria at the time and no one knew any different -
some of the players mentioned just never done it at saints and they probally needed the move away at the time, it was best all round, hindsight is an extact science

From 12.30 onwards at the megastore then, I think i'll pay the £4 extra and get mine signed just in time for my hols fantastic, hope its a succes which im sure it will be

Can never understand why known saints supporters would get boo'd, ok darren anderton i do understand, but wade elliott once turned down a move to portsmouth because of being a saints supporter, Sam Vokes wanted us to come in for him before he went to wolves, these blokes should be applauded for their history, they deserve the rewards they are now getting. Above is common knowledge and was confirmed to me by a bournmouth player about Vokes and he had heard the elliott story from a few at the club

My memories of MLT meeting him often at ocean village with his wife and young kids, his missus had a face like thunder when people spoke to him but he never once rushed anyone, or didn't sign anything, had time for all. After the team had played a cricket friendly against Burridge he sat for 20 minutes letting my 4/5 yr old daughter put a hair clip in his hair while we chatted with him and the team. being in the Hulse rd working mens club when we played newcastle away and away fans were banned and when he scored the whole place gave a le tiss.. le tiss matty matt le tiss made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Wandering into the junior saints office at the Dell and seing him sitting behind the counter reading a newspaper and him coming with me to sign a programme Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, so along with the "unbelievable" goals we all know and wonder at I always think of him of such a decent bloke who i was lucky enough to meet a couple of times and who i saw playing some of the most skillful football ive seen in a lifetime. Even now on sky his nature comes accross the man is a saint through and through and always will be

Well signatures from the late Bobby Stokes and Peter Osgood along with the squad sure it will be worth quite abit but cant put a price on it, you should teasure it
-

-
IN.. that number, having a team, having pride in the club again, planning trip to carlisle. OUT.. worrying like a girlie that I would have no team to support

what happened to "we're the family centre we're the family center over ere"
-
Well what do you expect with missing out on kaka and ronaldo cue face with spinning eyes
-
Sensible answer and one that should be remembered couldn't have put it better myself, well maybe without the jesus christ bit in fear of the grim reaper that occupies this forum sooooo much these days
-
He says he wants to move and apart from the hearts game he has played like it as well, as much as he would score alot of goals in this league he feels he is better than it so we should be prepared for him to sod off
-
Bye then see you later, seemed he wanted to earn a new contract, worked hard, earned it, now rejected it. Time to say bye bye then, thats football for you
-
They were quoted as saying funds were to be available, just because we haven't been putting bids in for kaka or rooney etc doesn't mean AP isn't trying to do something, the season hasn't even started yet and already you are comparing the new owners to the arsehole before, one big difference RL was never the owner just thought he was. Some people will never be happy no matter what

i know the problem...... your ****ed basically. but im sure there is someone of use on here that will help you i had a problem a while ago and asked and some clever boffin helped me and sorted it -
Who the **** if this Anthony Pulis guy, you can just sense the "i saw .......... play for Saints" stickers, i'll have to dig out my Perry Groves one
-
Had the chance to play in the prem and it hasn't worked out for him, he was a fantastic championship player so HCDAJFU in league one, his wifeee is from here and never settled up there so there may be some legs to this one. I'm sure he would be welcomed back but most on here, why not he had the chance to secure his future etc etc 99.9% would take that
-
Good to see you back Ed always good to have a Saints fan on TV, all the best Jeff Stellings kids have been Mascot for a game at SMS before FACT (always wanted to say that)
-
Thought he'd said he didn't want to be here, if thats the case "see ya"
