    Les Reed

Can this poll be restarted ?
  2. Very sad and he did so much regarding making football inclusive for all.
  3. if it gets toxic I'd imagine the directors box will have more fortification than the north/South Korean border. Hope les and Ralph have their hard hats ready. After no wins in 10 playing this formation I just hope we go with 2 up top.
  4. Huddersfield, palace and now Watford. Absolutely shocking 2nd half performances. We are being absolutely mugged off by this manager, coaching staff and most vitally the board. Give up
  5. Was like the palace game getting overrun in midfield before the goal and how our manager can’t see that is beyond me
  6. Somehow he has to find a way to play long and Gabbiadini together. Longs movement pulls defenders all over the place hence exploiting space for Gabbiadini to run into. Having a player capable of threading balls through though is another matter
  7. Players obviously talk to each other and I’d imagine our current ones wouldn’t be recommending us as a decent bet going forward. Our inept board need to pull their fingers out and do something that’ll at least get the fans on board. Only way we’ll maintain our status is a manager change and just pray we get the bounce effect which sneak us a few points.
  8. Wasn’t a great watch and Fulham were very poor I thought. Again we were so slow within transition from defence to attack. The PEH substitution was just bizarre considering we don’t play for a week. Positive is that we won and perhaps will create some confidence for next weeend. The soccer Saturday team were pretty vocal on our season and our managers lack of tactical awareness. Also stated that his substitutions didn’t make any sense although he didn’t appear to be getting any support from his coaching team within games.
  9. Fooked....... and screwed over by our inept board.
  10. Sod that...I'm going fishing.
  11. This makes Krugers deluded ramblings sound even worse....kruger is an absolute loon If he thinks pellegrino is doing a great job. He's a total ****. As for the match it was plainly obvious that we were loosing the midfield and pellegrino didn't react to it. No idea what he's watching or his coaching staff are watching. Palace deserved that. I feel relegation is becoming more of a reality than a possibility. We should have reacted after the Leicester match but once again les reed has shown his incompetence dithering.
  12. He came across shockingly bad on tv, quite embarrassing. Great effort today from the team, but now need to follow that up on Tuesday
  13. Lots of respect for Kelvin but this finally goes to show the reed needs to be moved to a home for the elderly.... clueless beyond belief. What we need is a quality offensive coach.

    Les Reed

Go..... but won't happen unless on his terms. 2 years of crap football ultimately down to his decision over last two managers. He's also gone a little quiet recently, can't keep him out the spotlight when it's all Going well. He's not qualified to be in a position which he has at st Mary's.
  15. Can't see us buying Walcott as reed won't make any long term profit on that deal.... I just hope we've got our targets ready and move on 1st January but head says reed will dither over a million or so and we'll go into last few days of transfer window holding out for a bargain deal. This will likely see us relegated.
  16. He’ll be gone after next 2 matches. They need the give someone new a decent opportunity to hit the ground running
  17. No improvement on last season, terrible to watch, atmosphere terrible, players going backwards, club going backwards, Kruger and reed in denial.... depressing really. Manager lost the fan support... out of his depth but I don’t blame him for that as reckon reed pulls the strings.
  18. Les reed is the problem wake up people.... shouldn’t be trusted whatsoever to appoint another manager manager is out of his depth and yes you can’t blame him for that.
  19. Feel a bit for pellegrino as he's in a position he shouldn't have ever been in. There was absolutely nothing in his management career that suggested he'd be right for a premiership team. Especially as under puel we were very defensive and reed got rid of puel on that basis. Which makes pellegrinos appointment baffling. We got lucky with poch as he was unknown, did well to get Koeman. But reeds last 2 additions was been poor and it's painfully obvious to 90% of the fan base we're in serious trouble. I can't think of any player that has improved and that's pretty telling. Reed to sack pellegrino would be falling on his sword so someone needs to get rid of reed first. Something isn't right at the club that's for sure.
  20. We are so not in this game.... we have absolutely nothing to offer offensively. Confidence looks shot. Stay with pellegrino we will go down, change we may still go down. Just a shambles all over.
  21. No issue with parting with puel as the football was turgid at times but replacing him with someone who's completely out of his depth is the issue.
  22. What a gutless inept performance tonight and I said to a few work mates today that this game would act as a marker of where we are. Well it's not looking clever. I see absolutely no improvement on last year and players have gone backwards. Fair play to puel who got it spot on tactically whilst pellegrino at 3-0 down didn't appear to change anything. Issues lay with our gutless spineless board who lord it up when things go well but totally disappear when things don't. If we haven't got our first choice managers over the years is it because they don't want to work under reed and Krueger? I can't really blame Pellegrino as he's out of his depth. He's drowning. I can't see why he was appointed whatsoever. Gutted tonight.
  23. Gutted at the time but happy with a point. Defended really well and for not some better decision making on the counter attack we could have grabbed a goal or two more. If we could find a tadic like player with a little more pace we'd we much more dangerous on the counter. But overall we seem to be heading in the right direction and the Leicester match will give us a true marker of where we are.
  24. The panel were pretty damming on soccer Saturday today. All stated that some of the squad do not appear to care and they gave up after 25 mins at Liverpool. Charlie Nicholas said that the club were going nowhere under current regime. Also lots of talk re our formation and le tiss said it was pretty obvious it wasn’t working. Apparently the 7th most expensive squad out of the top six big teams to. That’s worrying.
  25. My god he’s still going on about the Burnley performance being good... I don’t actually think he’s mentally all there. His radio interview is embarrassing.
