In a game that would have been watched by millions around the world I’m actually embarrassed being a saints fan tonight. We should be investigated by the premier league after that. I couldn’t understand what I was watching, we go 1 up and then just expect to sit back the whole game, you could see it was only a matter of time before Liverpool scored the winner. We were dead on our feet and urgently needed changes. What is it with tella , so out of his depth tonight and should have been subbed at half time. Everyone was calling for changes. Ralph just didn’t react. It’s unbelievable that he didn’t. The players didn’t give a fook tonight, nor did Ralph and I’m sorry but he needs to go now. He didn’t once try and change our shape, even she behind. His and his coaching teams complete lack of tactical ability showed tonight. How the owner and the board can find that performance and those of the last 2 months acceptable i don’t know, unless the whole club is inept right now.

Absolute immense performances all over the pitch tonight. One of the best performances I can remember for a long time. Loved Ralph’s passion tonight and getting one over conte obviously meant quite a bit. Talking of conte, what a complete cumpt he is. And as for the foul on Borja, what was var looking at. But a very happy and proud saints fan.

Spoke to the season ticket office. Basically they can’t guarantee that all fans will receive their tickets before the man united game. So you will to go to the ticket office beforehand. Tickets being handled by a third party. Bit of a shambles.

Huge respect to those who spoke up to put people like Bob Higgins away. It amazes me though how they managed to get away with it for years and years. I used to attend Bob Higgins soccer academy and it disgusts me that Higgins was active during those periods.

Well that wasn’t great tonight. We are just so slow at times and allow the opposition to get back into shape. Not really sure where we go from here and I think we seriously need to hope that we a couple of loan options available to us. I honestly think ralf will go at the end of the season because he’s taken us as far as we can go without any support from the board. And as for the officials, pricks.

Great result considering Villa have made a great start and are a much better team than last season. They had nothing to lose second half and it wasn’t a surprise to see them push us back. Four away goals is impressive. Some people need some perspective. Great 3 points.

That was a complete performance with everyone putting in great performances. Loving the nasty jwp...... now njwp. Zaha could be world class but he’s got a **** poor temperament and he didn’t have a clue tonight. We did a proper job on him. Great to see two amazing goals tonight. Great stuff.

Can’t quite remember a turnaround like this ever before. We’ve gone from possibly the worst team in the division to potentially pushing towards top 8. Credit to Ralph as I thought he’d lost it completely.

Credit to Ralph to admit he was getting it badly wrong and then having the resolve to put it right. Also what has possessed JWP?? Well that again was another disastrous performance, especially that first 45 mins. How can a home team come out so unprepared and so predictable. The big issue for me is the coaching both on the pitch and off it, Ralph stands there and just doesn’t appear to me any interjection from the coaching team. With a coaching team full of goalkeepers what do we expect, which players are improving? Quick mention to the substitutions tonight.... bar Romeo, wtf.... why wait so long? Long isn’t going to score ever and he gives Adams 4 mins!! Armstrong should have been on for peh about 20 mins earlier. I am starting to worry about Ralph’s tactical nous...he needs help.

This has to be the mentally weak team I’ve ever witnessed. They’ll need an amazing sports psychologist to turn that into a positive.

Likewise I’d have Adkins back...but Ralph needs a decent coaching team behind him but doubt he’ll get that or the time.

St marys didn’t represent a library today it was a morgue. Atmosphere was shocking and hardly surprising considering the garbage served up this season. Team once again completely disjointed with players out of position all over the place. The first half was worse than anything under pellegrino or puel. No excuses. Who in the current structure is Ralph accountable to on the football side?? No idea. This lies the issue. Nobody questioning his bizarre selections from within I doubt. Ralph cut a lonely figure on the sidelines, body language says to me that he’s lost it. Hasn’t an idea how to fix it and he’s not Getting much help off the bench either. If he goes which could happen I don’t know who’d want it. Big Sam is isn’t stupid and doubt would want to damage his reputation coming here. Club is a shambles from top to bottom. GAO can feck off, useless tosspot without a pot to **** in. There is no upward curve with him in at the helm.

Stop trying to appease the fans with freebies... spend the money on the academy instead. Manager, owners absolutely clueless.

My understanding is that some very good ex professionals were really keen to get involved within the youth set up but those running it are keeping it a closed shop... jobs for mates etc.

GAO is a complete waste of space.... whilst he and his daughter are involved we are going absolutely nowhere. I fear for our future with Blackburn and the venkis coming to mind.

Ralph mixed it up today and arranged a practice game behind closed doors. There was some improvement but the cone 11 still ran out comfortable winners against the first 11.

I think he has some talent but needs some decent coaching which doesn’t appear to be happening. His positioning and spacial awareness is all over the place. We shouldn’t have to rely on him right now but our transfer policy over the summer didn’t help.

The worse performance I’ve I’ve witnessed as a saints fan but the thing was I’m not overly surprised, it’s been coming. The main issues are as follows; 1. Tonight demonstrated just how immobile our midfield 3 are. No pace, no creativity and no ability to beat a player. How on earth you can allow lemina to leave and leave us with that it unforgivable. 2. Valery gave the worst display by a full back since Patrick colleter at Newcastle in 97/98. He’s got something but he’s not being coached properly. 3. Back room staff. Ralph didn’t get any support on the touch line tonight. He cut a lonely and lost figure. 4. I feel Ralph has probably lost the dressing room. His team decisions are baffling and continuing with Gunn is bizarre. 5. THE MAIN issues is GAO. Whilst he is there we are going absolutely nowhere. No money, no plan and he needs to go. Is Ralph goes I don’t think any manager is capable of keeping the worst squad of players since the 2007/8 squad. I’d have Adkins back, would galvanise the fan base. But just a shambles from top to bottom. We lost 9-0 to Leicester, a good team but not a Man City or Liverpool.

Outclassed by a good team but not a great team and that lies the issue. That was a gutless performance from the minute they went one up and you could see any confidence drain from the team. It’s obvious that Ralph doesn’t rate the bench but some of his tactical decisions just don’t make any sense and I am unsure who is giving him any assistance. But I keep saying this, get used to it as under gao it isn’t going to get any better. And another season of gloom appears to becoming a real possibility.

If it meant the owner trying to sell the club then no I wouldn’t be bothered. Under gao we are going absolutely nowhere.
