Yep. Most nutritionist and gp advised healthy diets are appalling. Bread, cereal, pasta is all carbs aka sugar. They all raise insulin levels and make us feel hungry pretty quickly. Fats and proteins fill us and provide slow release energy, and pretty much everything else is a type of sugar. A 3 egg omelette with a bit of cheese cooked in butter for breakfast will fill you until lunchtime, or a few massive scoops of full fat greek yoghurt and some berries. A huge bowl of cereals or load of toast won't. I look at the state of the masses and really feel for them. Cut the processed shite out, and eat as much single ingredient food as possible is all we need to do.

I'm not sure anyone outside Russia or Belarus think that way mate. I just find it surprising that people convince themselves of what they want to believe. If you follow some foreign media outlets, including msm like CNN, or even Al Jazeera (they have no skin in the game in this dispute), you get a more open picture. I'd love Ukraine to be pushing Russia back and reclaiming their land, but they're struggling. This incursion into Russia could be a masterstroke, or we could see jets and missiles taking loads of Ukrainians and their gear out. Let's see what happens.

That small Russian convoy was battered, but there's also reports of a Ukrainian group being destroyed, and that's what I was referring to.

I think they were caught on the hop and I'm not sure anyone seriously expected a Ukrainian incursion. Piecing together various bits out there, it seems that Ukraine are holding limited areas but have suffered big losses of men and equipment. That said, it gives Russia something to think about and you'd imagine that they're going to have to redeploy troops and equipment to deal with this, leaving themselves thinner elsewhere. Interesting development for sure.
