Yes. No colour., creed, religion amongst that. When those facts are known then those facts can be discussed. Most people don't come onto a forum posting their assumptions about those absent facts.

That's untrue. You did not know whether the German guy was brown/white or whatever before you jumped in. To be fair, you showed a little restraint this time. I rely on facts/evidence on a case by case basis. You make assumptions, and you protest too much as to why.

I'm not sure you're seeing what I am. He plays like a manager/coach, and we'll need more of that next season with what will probably be a more junior team. He's vital behind the scenes too, and my understanding is that he has held the dressing room together this season. He's staying, and I'm pretty sure that once he's finished playing, he'll move into a coaching role in some capacity.

Interesting observation, and the tech Innovation point is a good one. I look at what we achieved way back (getting to the moon, blackbird, concorde, etc) and see very little progress in that area whereas the advances with computers, phones, medical equipment, etc, is massive. I guess something like this may spark progress and innovation.
