As the League are still in love with with their beloved Portsmouth, there is NO WAY that they would impose the -10 next season, should they go down this one. I cannot think of ANY Company, Organisation, Shop etc etc, that being in the same situation as PFC, that would STILL BE ALLOWED TO TRADE WHY are the FL turning a Nelson's Blind Eye to this.
