Superb set of saves, did not deserve to concede four.

We were unlucky to lose 4-1 and we played some good football and kept going for the game. However the defending was very sloppy and we looked too lightweight. We can take positives form this game, but we urgently need to pick up results. Davis-8-Made some exellent saces, could do little about the goals James-5-Was sloppy and let attacks down the right, added nothing going forward Lancashire-5-Silly rash challenge, but didn't deserve to be sent off, before that he looked ok Cork-6-Made some important clearences and got forward at times Surman-6-Better than James, but made poor passes all game Gillett-6-Looked lightweight, good play for the goal Wotton-7-Looked stronger at CB than CM, made some good challenges Schneiderlin-6-Added little to the attacks, played well at times Lallana-7-Well taken goal, should have scored before Holmes-6-Made goos runs and looked dangerous at times, hope his injury isn't serious McGoldrick-6-Had few attempts, not strong enough for a lone striker Dyer-7-Played well, especially on his weaker side Pekhart-7-Got on the ball and looked strong and dangerous, looking forward to seeing him as a lone striker

I'm told this is a sure fire fact.

Hopefully he will get fit as soon as possible and can give competion to our other midfielders, especially White.

He wont be played because his contract includes an appearance fee, this fee alone is more that White, James, Lallana and co. are being paied per week. This is also why we will not start Euell, BWP or John.
