Just a quick thought....seeing as we have those 'orrible iron on sponsor logos what will it look like after a few washes? a lovely shade of pink? If i get one it will be the away strip.......

.........not sure this would happen....I mean has it not been suggested that his family get "upset" if the flag is brought out on display? I think the Staplewood renaming would be more apt.......Marcus had a"vision" for the future.......Staplewood is where the seeds of that future are being sewn.

In respect of the "large" contracts with certain skate players then surely if Trevor recommends to the FL that Pompey are given dispensation (would they need special despensation?) to "cancel" the contract of said player....then said player would be able to move to another club on a lower wage but may be able to negotiate a "signing on fee" to make up the supposed shortfall.......this might be the way they get the large earners off their books and the skates look to bring in other loan players! Birch WILL have to look at a reduction in costs, specifically wages or Chinnys debt......no other way of saving them IMO...to any skates out there....what does your pathetic attempt at a football club have to offer? There are clubs with a better long term prospect than you!

Having seen the "arena" from the home section I personally would still have shut it down......as I said to my mate the skate they could probably get away with two just two stands open! lol. 12k for a home match..... Right now, in all my 26 years as a ST holder, I am enjoying being a Saints fan.....

Spoke to a mate who enjoyed a Corporate Jolly at the Boat Show and was told by a Skate Council official that the recent 100k spent on their "arena" was a necessity as if it had not been done they were looking at a partial ground closure! Anyone else heard this? Anyways...as a side I took a skate mate to the game yesterday....before he went I asked him to Google "crowd" as I did not want him to be scared.....(one of my mates was on hols and seeing as i went undercover to the "arena" last season I felt he was owed a trip the other way so he used the ST) His thoughts.......VERY impressed and not looking forward to the derbies with Clotterill in charge.....what we are enjoying is "light years" ahead of the crap that they are witnessing......and yes he is enduring every game as a ST holder down there.... Where they sit is surrounded by empty seats....the offer of going to the derby with them is on the table..in the home section.....mmmmm am tempted....depends if I can get a ticket in the away end with the "proper" fans......To have him sat in the Kingsland/Northam corner listening to "We're coming for you" was priceless......he is under NO illusion that we want revenge for the defeats suffered at the hands of his dirty , cheating little club!

Still no tickets in post ...........once I have claimed my duplicates at Wembley I will make my way to my seat......if there is somebody sat in them then please be prepared for me to vent my furious anger!.......the non receipt of tickets has caused much stress and aggrevation and, and, and.......anyways if I find that somebody has "obtained" the originals...........well it is row 1 of the top tier!!!!!

Not a happy bunny.....I too as a ST Holder put in a request when sales started (10x tickets)....I have waited until today to receive them BUT nothing! As I was on a late lunch I drove down to SMS to consult the Ticket Office....now to be fair I gave the young lad a tough time(without resorting to language likeley to offend or indeed raising my voice ) and to be honest he was a little "flushed" by the time we finished....!!! The staff are clearly sticking to the duplicate issue on Sunday resolution. Having read this thread, and others, it does appear that the problem lies wholly with the timescales being set by the club. The TO told me that TNT collected on Friday last...in theory sufficient time to deliver. However, I have been told by a "postie" that TNT would be under "contract" to deliver to the Eastleigh Mail Sort Office within 2/3 days hence the clubs site stating allow until Wednesday for delivery. What clearly has not happened is that any allowance being made for "problems". I am reading of a van crash....were batches of tickets destroyed ?(reason for calling customers).....and then tonight that TNT have managed to "mix" ticket batches with "junk mail" causing a delay. They are "apparently" sorting! Who knows what is going on........All that I can tell you is that TO gave me a Sales Reference Number, Block Number and seat numbers allocated to me and that "duplicates" can be collected at Wembley on Sunday (TO West) NO MENTION OF ID ALTHOUGH COMMON SENSE DICTATES THAT........all well and good but that puts the mockers on any enjoyment of the pre match build up......also with the 10 ticket holders four different types of travel arrangements have been made to the stadium! The idea of course to meet up inside as everybody will arrive at different times! As far as I can see....the TO are preparing for an almighty backlash from supporters who are affected and this is clearly the lull before the storm! I feel 1000's could be affected. As I type there is the chance of receiving tickets with two more deliveries before Saturday.....a couple of couples within the 10 are up in London for the weekend!.........however I am fully bracing myself for CHAOS come Sunday........good luck all and lets hope things turn out well in the end!

......I too have Poopey supporting friends......indeed they are probably what I would call best friends....and today I visited the Dark Side with them! Shock horror....a Saint undercover.......(please be aware that there was no way I could have been at Orient......as there would have been no competition...obviously!..... the family has just gone away and said Skate mate (as he is affectionatley known) was able to get a ticket for me as there was, once again, lots of empty seats! and at late notice a free Sat.) .....so into "enemy" territory wearing a Saints top under my coat! Now I have not been down to Farton Park for a good few years and boy what a **** tip!......it just does not change! The artwork outside of the North Terrace has got to be seen to be believed...framed in barbed wire....a frickin' disgrace....also the home fans' hospitality pub (tent)....lol!...there is even an allotment for their "community" programme. I went because it was a freebie and I was curious to see how the locals were reacting to their predicament......unfortunately, Wigan just did not turn up! However, if the Skates think they are on the up....well...we'll have to see...a long way to go and they will have to play better teams.....you see I hope they go down....along with a lot of others I want to see them fail as I do not like what they stand for.....BUT the Skate fans got behind there team.....and when they sang as one it was loud but not as loud as they like to think they are!......a Steward close to us was explaining that W*estwood had been allowed back into the stand with his drumkit and bugle and that some more vocal skates were being allowed into the Milton to help "boost" the atmosphere! To be fair it helped.....sat as a "neutral" who wanted Wigan to win was interesting as I really got to see the Skates close up......indeed there are a lot of strange 'uns down there! There are a few who, if they had known, would have given me a tough time....but as Skate mate would be on hand to "alleviate" any flash points I felt fairly safe..he can handle himself.....as I said an interesting day......! Do I hate them?......no.......do I believe in good banter? you bet.....I mean deoderant was sprayed on in the shape of SFC on my chest this am....a sort of immunisation....a Saints shirt worn under my coat...more of a "I know something you Skates dont" scenario....and finally upon returning home a good scrub down with bleach.....I cannot hate....but I can and will wish upon them a curse of nothing but ill fortune as a club.....I want them to suffer in "footballing" terms........
