Why can't any one apart from Southeners speak the 'English' accent properly without sounding like a pwoper Londoner??? This includes Americans, Canadians, Aussies et al.

Not a chance - if you sailed on a P&O ship from Southampton you would have had to attend a Muster/Safety Drill in one of the ships Public Rooms before Sailaway from Southampton.

I have been on lots of P&O, Cunard, Star Cruises etc ships and loads have done sail-pasts, especially around the Italian coast and Islands.

Massive can of worms there though R, can a larger sized person with heart problems go back to McDonalds etc demanding a refund because the product made them fat? or an alcoholic revisit his/her local store because they have become ill? or indeed a skiier who has had a nasty fall contact the mountain???
