Its easy for people to talk about when to time the change, it is more a question of who is the person we change to and when is he available? AMN may be one of those talented guys who don't train and work in a team as they should. We've had that type before, they never play to their potential and their career is never fulfilled. Hope he's not one of those, but it looks possible.

There's a lot of people calling for the axe on Ralph and results are terrible BUT he must have a high reputation among top managers because they are willing to let their talented youngsters come here and be developed by him. Lose Ralph and we may lose the flow of young talent that Chelsea and Man City have encouraged to come here

Romeo has been terrific for us but he was near the end of his Premier life and it showed last season. AMN has talent but has never developed to fulfil it. He could do Romeo's job well, be the ideal replacement, perfect opportunity for him to show his quality. But some talented people just don't do the necessary training. We've had one or two like that before, looks like we may have another. If so, big loss for him and us.
