It does work sometimes. Me and the Mrs were together 4 years, we split up for a couple of months, and are now back together better than ever. Depends on the individuals involved.

You're doing the right thing there mate. Most literature finds no benefit of protein shakes, and it's far more beneficial to stick with natural protein. Saves quite a bit too.

Also, remember any benefits gained are reversable, so to maintain any muscle mass you have to keep up your exercise programme.

Agree with that. I have had a go at DMG in the past, but he really didn't do any worse than anyone else yesterday, and he took his goal well.

Just got back, what dump that place is, cracking weekend though. Game wasn't great, a shame Surman's 94th minute free kick couldn't have been an inch futher inside the post though.

Didn't exactly get that much stick....Came over to the Saints fans at the end and got a good reception.

The problem is, this forum just isn't 'fun' anymore. I used to come on for some light relief back in the day, but it's full of arguments over the same things, day in, day out. All getting rather boring now, lets be honest.

Cam, you obviously don't sit in the Northam/Itchen block 3, so why not leave those that want to stand to get on with it and potentially seriously injure themselves (LOL), rather than telling us what we can and can't do.

How the hell is standing dangerous. It was dangerous when there was a fence around football stadiums, which hasn't happened for years, it is a joke of a law. It is dangerous to stand in West Quay, or anywhere else, except a football stadium? Jeez.

Utter **** hole, but a cracking weekend and can't wait. Getting up there Friday afternoon with a few others and back Sunday. Was epic up there last year, what with a few Pompey lads coming over to Blackpool from there cup game in Manchester...

I will do what I have done mostly this season, and that's away games only. Closing Block 1 was it for me as far as home games are concerned. Bring on Blackpool this weekend.

If the game means anything expect it to be on loyalty. STH's and Members that have attended x amount of games etc first.

Awful performance, but a few others did poorly today too. And we still have Blackpool and Charlton next 2 games I think, so still in our hands.

Still on a buzz after last night, a brilliant performance.

Just got back, staying with brother in essex. We were brilliant all game, and never really looked under threat at any point, although the 2nd goal helped! Good atmosphere from those that made the trip, although Ipswich, and their fans, were truely awful. Onwards and upwards now, lets hope this form continues.
