You're right. He hasn't said he's staying. He's said Morgan has accepted the situation that he doesn't need to talk about. What is this situation? Is the situation that MS has accepted he will play until the end of the transfer window? Is it that he will stay at Saints? Point is Koeman has not stated clearly that Morgan is staying since Liverpool. So far this summer ambiguity at our club has meant players have left. Not sure that will change sadly.

And Jay Rod. I agree with you, spurs are starting to rock under Potty Chino.

Schneiderlin has a copy. Club has a copy. ITK at Spurs hints someone is looking at MS' copy, implies spurs are aware of his contract and are assisting him. All plausible.

Morgans performance is well below his capability. He looks like he's holding back from challenges, unlike him. I don't think it's because he's 2 weeks behind on fitness. He's keeping himself fit for Potty Chino. With Spurs rocking now, Jay Rod and Morgan will up their demands to leave this week in my opinion.

Koemans interview after Liverpool seemed to demonstrate a softening to his strong line over Schneiderlin staying. He said anything possible in football etc not that he wasn't going anywhere. I am led to believe Schneidelin was also not as strong on his tackling again on Saturday. A sign he's saving himself for his spurs move?

I think Scneiderlin is off. Always have. I suspect Schneiderlin has been told he can go at the end of the window, we needed to buy time for others to bed in and to get what we could out of spurs for him. Levy has been a tougher negotiator than Liverpool. I do not think Townsend is worth £12m. He has had a wonder debut for England then injury. Unproven for me, but potential lies within him to be fair. Question is whether Townsend is therefore no more than a way of filling our gap with a 'known name' to appease the fans when Schneiderlin goes? Or whether he is a way of gaining some sort of compensation for a poor Schneidelin deal? My view? Both moves will probably happen. Spurs will get their man. Morgan will get his head. Saints will get a winger with potential but prone to injury. The Boardroom will not make anything like the money they have to date on sales of our proven players. Schneiderlin will go for a song like Lambert and Chambers. Judgment day is 1 Sep. so, we will sadly add this to our Boardroom assessment.

We did not concede a goal and we had Yoshida playing. We're already improving. 1 Sep.... Winger,striker, centre back. Judgment day. 23rd August? A whole week of transfers away from the team we need. I'm sure the Boardroom will not fail Koeman.

Two games played, single handedly has earned us one point already. At this rate he will have made us 19 points in a season! That's nearly half our points target for survival. Amazing what nonsense you can illustrate with stats!

Hell yes! This is the most important opportunity for our club this summer in my opinion, prolific, hungry, experience, fast and small - he will play off Pelle brilliantly. What's more if Jay Rod head goes and he leaves in January, Welbeck will have already replaced him. We must go all out to sign him.
