Most of all we need to change our formation/set up. Without that new players will not make much difference. Whoever they are..

At last someone else has noticed that Ralph does not improve players, indeed your list is accurate.

We rarely do well with two up front either….. Which actually equates to 5 at least most of the time.. No midfield equals crap football….

How motivating ….. I take it therefore that Ralph has submitted a blueprint to change his formation because if not this support would be ludicrous….

Nail on head….. After three years though Ralph is yet still pressing the repeat button…. It cannot be allowed to continue..

I am not a Ralph fan, however it is two up front plus fullbacks and the ‘10’ s too far advanced which is killing us. Ralphs tactics leave us wide open, often with just two centre backs to defend with and no protection.

No player should be allowed to leave Staplewood before 10.00 at night until they can bloody kick with both feet - Fundamental…. Ralph should not be leaving Staplewood until he fully understands the concept of a midfield which are not always 50 yards ahead of the ball…. Plus the concept of playing a game without six up front… He seems just clueless…

The tactics are woeful though. We are playing with two midfielders and two defenders and there just isn’t any cover. Ralph has to take responsibility for this Groundhog tactical mentality.

That is what Ralph said…..When we won a few games…. Now he’s saying the opposite … Most of our issues stem from tactics, coaching and management, get those right and then ask for money to strengthen Ralph cos I don’t think you have passed base one yet even.

Don’t you think that no matter what quality of players we sign with a 226formation that Ralph has dreamt up and played for three years we would still ship tons of goals. We cannot trust Ralph to change this idiotic format. Also you have to say Ralph has not improved a single player since he has been here….

Well done you have worked out that we have too many players too far advanced - all the bloody time! We have no midfield consequently and no protection for what amounts to our back two only. Unfortunate for us that Ralph cannot work this out himself which has been the case for three years now. New players will not solve Ralph’s tactical inadequacy and lack of vision tactically. He has to go, as nothing has or will change.

So Ralph this 226 formation you insist on playing ….. After three years are you still convinced it’s triffic ? Yes some of our players are average but you still pick ‘em and tell them where and how to play …. The two worse things about our play: Number one - Tactics School boy stuff from you. Two - player motivation and preparation - Non existent. Oh and three - Coaching, all our player get worse under you…..

So true….. Adam Blackmore continues to qualify every question with an easy answer on a plate. It is rather pointless… certainly agree that Ralph was nervous and more introverted than normal also hands gripping each other as well.. I said he’s under pressure….

Honestly if ambition is purely based on money spent then most successful businesses would have folded years ago. We also must take into account our facilities, ground, staff, experience and time spent being established in the Premier League which should have enabled an accumulation of better players over the period. Whilst money is definitely a significant factor lack of success with our team must be weighed together with odd team selections and also mostly about 4 or 5 up front with no midfield. These factors are more significant than lack of money. Can we actually trust a coach who leaves two defenders totally exposed at the back most games with any money we have, particularly after three years of building his team and coaching his methods? Also Ralph said very clearly during our annual purple patch this year that having a larger better quality squad this year was enabling better results…. Well Ralph what’s changed? It is interesting to reflect on the turnaround in fortunes for Burnley as to how a different coach can secure better results with the same players. It’s more complicated than just money spent. If you were the new owner you would have to be having a serious review before giving Ralph precious spare money to spend surely ……

Exactly. We are over run in midfield and also exposed defensively almost every game and what does Ralph do ? Like a mad dog he runs round in faster and faster circles chasing his tail still expecting to catch it and never twigging the problem. It’s like playing with ten men every game with Ralph’s one trick pony tactics. Our two midfielders are shot after half time, our defence even more exposed and Ralph does nothing ! Sorry but Ralph has lost both the players and most supporters with his lack of recognition of the state of play on the football pitch and after listening to the owner at the awards it sounded as though he is less than impressed himself…… Indeed I hope he is pissed off because Ralph plays more repeats than the BBC!

Exactly and true it’s unlikely to happen for the reason you allude to and I have set out…. Lyanko appears to be in that category but is rarely let out of his box even after a decent performance…. Again a familiar Ralph trait….

All sounds very grand and simple. However one reason we don’t have many ‘leaders’ both on the pitch and off is because Ralph appears to be an autocrat. He may not take kindly to others input and may be indifferent to being challenged or maybe even helped. This characteristic is not really helpful in a team environment and particularly in this age. It is also impossible to do everything yourself and be able to make good decisions without input from others in the ‘team’ This is my perception of the way Ralph operates. Strong characters and leaders are potential threats to autocrats and autocrats can tend to avoid recruiting them or to ostracise them or even encourage them to leave if they emerge. Yes we do lack leaders and strong characters in the team…. Why is that..?

Would of thought Ralph needs a win here…..

These throws are a complete joke !!!! wtf is Ralph thinking????? Honestly is this the limit of our coaching prowess ? it’s pathetic. We cannot even teach how to take a long throw in …. Truly pathetic…..
