How is it possibly a waste of money to put two people you already employ in charge. The cost has not increased at all!!!!! Whether Rusk and Lallana would improve anything doesn’t matter when you look the appalling level amateurism surrounding the first team right now. There is litterally nothing to lose.

There is no point what so ever in keeping this manager. Yet another one that makes weird incomprehensible decisions and doesn’t carry the players with him not surprisingly. Can we not get a manager who can have a degree of critical thinking, it would not be hard to discover this during interview process before employing managers who’s only tactical awareness is to press the repeat button a hundred times and expect a different result. The owner really does need to show some serious leadership here and start next year now! The levels displayed by everyone connected to the first team are laughable amateur. Time for radical change and prepare for next season starting with the next game.

Precisely. We must pack the midfield and build plus defend from there…. This system leaves us wide open to concede goals and yet, Juric just keeps on doing it. Why doesn’t he change the strategy for heavens sake?

The usual rotation of team selection when the biggest issue that can be attacked is the tactics, not considered…. Bella Kotchup on the bench for no apparent reason and will not be used. Repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat… Is Juric not seeing the same problem every game and still refusing to change the system.

Jesus Christ mate. Stop being obsessed with ignoring the formation, the tactics and the organisation. We know our players are limited but that only goes to show we need to control the game more and that means a change in formation to help these players as much as we can. We need a back four, Bellaketchup integrated into the team and two proper sitting midfielders in a formation similar to Bournemouth….

That is not true. You are not reading the game, you are looking at individual players. We are being outnumbered in midfield so our mediocre players don’t stand a chance…

The issue with the players we have is definitely the three at the back and being totally outnumbered in midfield….

Our three or five what ever you prefer to call it at the back is not working at all. We have had this formation all season. With our two measly midfielders and their 4231 they will completely dominate the midfield and play straight through us. why would today be any different unless you fix us being outnumbered in central midfield. It’s time our managers were called out on this and asked to justify the formation by our local journalists. Blackmore with just ask for latest on Downes which is as tactical as he gets…

Harv didn’t even say that….. It does appear that a lot of what he is saying is true. The players were definitely unfit - massively and are still not fit enough. They did have far too easy a ride and far too many days off. Some players were obviously RMs favourites and were played repetitively despite poor performances and Downs was just one of those players. This much we do know for certain.

Ok Juric was poor today as were Fernandes and Dibling. Training this week: How to trap a ball. How to pass a ball along the ground…..!!!!! How to press. FITNESS - Burnley were twice as fit as us!!!! How to look and pass forwards. That will do for now. Priorities. 1. Three twenty six mile runs! 2. Head up, pass forwards. 3. Trapping a ball. 4. Passing along the ground. 5. Pressing properly. 6. Watch how Burnley played in technical detail. 7. Juric. Be ahead of the game, we were being completely outplayed in midfield and you let it ride! Sort it out!

It’s like this…. I once asked a business why they don’t have xyz in stock, they said because we don’t sell any xyz but if you don’t stock xyz you won’t of course sell any !!!! The same applies to shutting half the ground. If you can’t get seats together or in the place you want them you think twice about going or don’t go. Not enough demand means you don’t open the ground up. That is marketing madness…. This happened against Swansea and you could see it plain as day, one side full and the other side shut! wtaf!!!! Spot on analysis. Our centre backs don’t mark up and have no pace at all…. Yet they continue to be picked every game which is pretty odd considering we have alternatives on the bench which we obviously have no intention of using…. Why have Bella Kotchup on the bench at all????? it doesn’t make sense….
