To put it in some perspective the stats show we had had more possesion, more attempts both on and off target and more corners. Would liked to have won 10-0 but some times it doesn't work that way. We're through thats all that matters. Boothroyd was in charge for the 0-0 at St Mary's earlier in the season, Colchester where crap that day ( they where one man down HTH) and how we didn't score is beyond me. They were doing well before Boothroyd turned up (7-1 against Norwhich) so I'd execpected them to be better when they came to St Marys. I think we are both different teams now but I reckon we can get something from todays game.

Where as legaue one is a feast of quaility players . I think we need to look outside the box a bit to find some good players its worth a look i would have thought.

Now I wasn't there, but going on the radio Leeds were better than us they won the midfield battle, kept our very good strikers quiet and missed a hat full of chances. I dont think saints are crap I think this match just proves we're not quite there yet. If we're in this legaue next year we will be Leeds.

Great, £2 on a ticket doesn't bother me as I always buy in advance. Being able to buy at West Quay will be a lot easier than going all the way down to St Marys when I'm in town. Personally £19.00 for me and my son to sit in the chapel end seems like a bargain this year with the great football being served up.

The club has its first hero that kids can emulate for years. What just the one? After the last few years seems like there are quite a few heros for the kids to pick from this season. My little'n thinks Dan Harding is the mutts nuts but then he plays defence for his under nine team so his partial to defenders. Mind you after todays performance I reckon Harding might be our most under appreciated signing this year the guy is quaility.

Does no one think we should be signing a rightback? We all seem desperate to sign another striker but it's not like we're short of goals at the moment even the midfield are chipping in with goals this season. Seems to me that defence is where we need some work, I think Murty is class but to injury prone and we have no decent cover for him even with a large squad.
