I have heard a rumour from the toilet cleaners cousin twice removed that AP is linning up Pulis as our midfield general next year after his outstanding loan at the imps this season morgan will be dropped to the bench as useful cover;).
-
I'm sure a fishy will bite soon Charlie good fishing. Edit. Oh you caught one quicker than I thought you would. Edit
-
you kidding my mum could out run Lallana. Much as I like Adam he doesn't have raw pace. Puncheons quicker but he just runs into dead ends a lot. We need some proper pace like Antonio that just skin backs.
-
Only upset by McLaggon thought he was a prospect. One thing that does stand out is that we've lost all our pace without Papa, Antonio, semi and McLaggon. We are surely going to have to invest in some pacey widemen/wingers/strikers?

Gene **** me there's a blast from my past great band. I think the players should run out to F*cking hostile by Pantera:supz:
-
Yeah that gets my vote something like this would liven up half time:smt055 http://www.dallascowboyscheerleaders.com/squad/squad.cfm

Blimey you don't want much;).

Does NC have plans to ban half the fans from St Mary's then?
-
Got any links google brings up nothing I don't think I've ever seen any interviews with Papa. I'd like him to stay I think he brings something to the team. Still if he doesn't want to be here good luck to him, time for Kayne Mclaggon to step up I suppose.
-
Well he was right he said we should keep AP and NC agrees with him. The fact is if I was asked the same question as MLT or Lawire I would have answered the same way. It doesn't mean I have anything against NC just that I thought we would be mad to get rid of AP most on here said the same thing. There is much to applaud in NCs statement but it does come across as if he takes things a bit personally.
-
Your kidding right? Bart is probably to good to be a back up keeper I can see him moving on becuase of a lack of first team games. Which would be a great shame IMO.
-
Good done and dusted. While I understand what NC is saying about rumours, some like this one which start to get major press coverage just needed a statement to rubbish the whole thing and calm the fanbase (including myself). Part of the problem for us as fans is that NC and ML are still unknown quantities to most of us. As such we go on past experinces of the way the club has been run. Slowly I think most of us are coming to terms with the fact things are done differently know. I think it goes to show despite what many claim we really don't have any ITKs anymore on this board. One last thing is that **** on solent who started all this going to come clean now seems his source was ******** after all.
-
Looks like it and there will be alot more before next season starts I'd imagine. I really can't wait for the new season to start already, the summer is going to be full of rumours about players/staff leaving and coming thanks to all the ITKs
-
Can't say I've ever got that feeling not like old saggy chops who blantantly didn't want to be here. AP seems fully committed to me I don't really excpect him to bleed red and white (or the players either) as it's his job, he's not a fan after all. All I ask is he (and the players) does a good job to the best of his ability IMO he has. I don't require him to wear a replica shirt with the No 7 and Lambert on the back to prove his commitment.

Not bothered about the other 30 odd games then just those three?
-
Quite. So why are NC and AL upset (if they are). Play offs don't equal promotion we could have scrapped playoffs lost and still be exactly where we are right now. Leeds still didn't get promoted though and kept the squad they came down with unlike us.
-
It's more than just the points though it's the after shock of admin and the effect of the -10pts hanging over the players these things are bound up with the physical points deduction. We can't say how Norwich would have done with a points deduction becuase they didn't have one, but lets start with did Norwich have to rebuild they backroom staff and scouting network back up from scratch this year?.Thus the fact still stands no team with a points deduction has ever been promoted. There's probably a good reason for this...........
-
You have to balance those facts with the fact that not one team that has ever had a points deduction has ever been promoted.
-
No one was saying that at the start of the season though NC decided that at christmas. The money argument only works for me if AP had spent all that money last August. He spent most of the money at Christmas and once those extra players bedded in we've been at the top or near the top of the form table ever since. Thats why keeping AP is not a risk he has already proved that given the team he has now we will **** all over most of this league, we will still lose/draw some games but we will win most as we have done for the last quarter of the season. If NC and ML can't see the improvement under AP this season I'm very worried.
-
Bit OTT for me Marcus and NC have nothing but my thanks for saving this club. I think NC has made mistakes in the way he has handled some things this season but hopefully he'll learn from it. Sacking AP would be a far bigger mistake IMO. I just want AP and NC (and Marcus) to get on and concentrate on doing the best for this club.
-
Norwich really! I thought they weren't planning to come back down. Thomas always gives his all but he's pretty average (bar that wonder shot against Ipswich) I thought Norwich would be aiming a bit higher myself.
-
No Mk Dons
-
People keep saying this, yet unless we have a time machine to go back and try it a few times with different managers how will we ever know? I wonder how Wotte would have done this season if he'd stayed?
-
So you say based on what though? Several EPL jobs have come up since Hughes got the elbow from man city yet he hasn't got any of them. Mark Hughes has done nothing as a manager, Pardew has done more.
