Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

That would have been a neat trick considering the Anglo-saxon forbearers of the English didn't appear in Britian for another 150 odd years and didn't start consider themselves English until the late 800s.. -

I haven't seen anyone here with sympathy for her or suggesting she comes back to Britian and just picks up where she left off with a nice council house and some benefits. The issue is whose responsibility is it to deal with her, as she is British, that should be us. Dealing with her or any other Brit who joined IS should be our responsibility imo. Personally I'd set up a nice Penal colony on South Georgia and dump them all there to rot. Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk -

She is hardly some unknown IS sleeper agent is she? I'm pretty sure the security services would keep tabs on her. Not to mention she should most likely be coming back to a jail cell. -

On the other hand we take back sex offenders convicted abroad like Garry Glitter who are probably more of a threat to the public than this girl who comes across as easily led simpleton. If it's the fact she joined a terror organisation that bothers people we let a 428 convicted terrorists out of prison for the good Friday agreement and allowed them to continue leaving in the UK if they wanted. Bring her back here put her on trail and put her in prison if she is found guilty. Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk -
I see another one has quit the Labour party though he is not joining the others. Labour MP quits 'broken' party over Corbyn https://a.msn.com/r/2/BBTVZQY?m=en-gb&referrerID=InAppShare Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk

She is clearly the UK's problem and she should be brought back here if she has committed a crime she should be tried and if found guilty punished. I mean if you are a UK citizen locked up abroad you have the right to apply to serve out your sentence in a UK prison https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/in-prison-abroad/in-prison-abroad-transfer-to-a-uk-prison So I can't see how we can just choose to ignore her. Why does he have to mention Jewish people specifically? He could of just said People with any sense of humanity" to condemn Israel's "ruthless murdering". It's along the same lines as people lumping all Muslims together because of the actions of Islamic state. Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk

The January Window - what will it cost us?
doddisalegend replied to Heisenberg's topic in The Saints
I thinks it's clear Ralph didn't want Gabbi from the horse's mouth. Hasenhuttl said at a press conference: "He is a good player, fantastic technique, but I think with this intensive pressing system we try to play, it is not his way, so it was better to find a solution which is better for both sides. "It is a good step for him to go back to Italy, I wish him all the best. I am sure he can score goals at every club in the world, but we try to go another way and for that we need other players." However I also think you could interpret the last line as Ralph thinking he was going to get a replacement... Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk -
Yep me to, on my desk top, fine if I go through Tapatalk though. Sent from my moto g(6) using Tapatalk

To be fair we have failed to score in two games since Ralph took over Cardiff and Chelsea in that time we've managed one clean sheet. I'd happily have had a new striker in Jan but if we had a better defence we would have picked up more points since Ralph took over last two games, alone, we've thrown away 3 pts from **** defending alone. I think there is room opening up for a more centralist party. I've voted Tory most of my life, I also voted remain, I can't in good conscience vote for the current Tory party and I'd rather eat my own gonads than vote for Corbyn and his cronies. Seems to me there might quite a few others like me wondering what we are going to do with our vote in the next GE. If someone gives me a viable alternative to the two main parties they'll most likely get my vote that might be a resurgent Lib Dems or a new group.

According to their statement a range of issues have caused this but certainly some they are putting down to Brexit. The airline has faced several difficulties, including recent spikes in fuel and carbon costs, the latter arising from the EU's recent decision to exclude UK airlines from full participation in the Emissions Trading Scheme. "Current trading and future prospects have also been seriously affected by the uncertainty created by the Brexit process, which has led to our inability to secure valuable flying contracts in Europe and lack of confidence around bmi's ability to continue flying between destinations in Europe." https://www.msn.com/en-gb/money/business/flybmi-goes-into-administration-all-flights-cancelled/ar-BBTGce0?MSCC=1550399245&ocid=spartandhp

I could see it happening. I can see a couple of the current parties disappearing from parliament first though. The SNP will be off, first, Scottish independence is certainly back on the cards post brexit. I could see brexit pushing Irish reunification forward which would mean the end of the unionists to boot. It will be interesting to see if the electorate have got fed up with the percived infighting of the two main parties and whether that sees an upturn in the Lib Dems fortunes. An American article dealing with Brexit honestly some of the comments in the article leave me shaking my head "We were great before we joined the EU. We'll great after we leave," said Julie Paris, 63, who was tending the bar at the Romford Snooker Club "It's been two years since we voted to leave, and I'm sick of talking about it. Even if our farmers took a hit, I'd still rather get out. The only thing the EU cares about is whether our cucumbers are straight and our bananas are curvy," Paris added, "The amount of waste and nonsense that goes on in Brussels, it's crazy," said Willis, 70. The EU is headquartered in Belgium's capital. "And a lot of countries do very well from it: Ireland, Spain, the Greeks. But not Britain," he said. "Our country is full-to-bursting," Willis said, in reference to another Brexiteer shibboleth "I know it's a long time ago but one of the things that makes people bitter about the EU in this country is that people like my nan and grandad fought during World War II to stop the Germans from taking over and in the end the EU started taking over," said Scott, 45, "When I decide to leave a party I get my coat and go. Right? I don't sit there thinking: 'Do I get a bus? A cab? A train? A this or that?,'" he said, referring to the prospect of a "no-deal" Brexit, which he welcomed. "I don't care how we leave, I just want to leave." https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2019/02/11/queen-has-a-brexit-escape-plan-how-bad-will-eu-exit-be/2799312002/

Pretty damning for the Labour party that polls suggest they still couldn't win an election against the worst British government in a long time... Another reason to leave the EU the freedom to use "are" when you mean "our" Brussel's autocrats would never allow such freedom...
