We played ok In patches, but once again the lack of cutting-edge and defensive lapses have cost us. For the umpteenth time this season, under 3 different managers the starting XI has hampered us. We need to find a way to get our best players starting and to stop trying to be too clever . Also If Injury time is a minimum of 3 minutes , don’t blow your whistle on 2.56 😞 ( not that it would have made much difference )

Does Armstrong ever successfully dribble past an opponent. Every fucking time he loses it.

I thought there was something off with McCarthy the other night. He couldn’t kick the ball at all, (going short , or when pressed it was going very little distance , even when chasing the game) which suggests he still has some recurring problem.

Gets a lot of stick, but has arguably been our best forward in recent weeks (I know that’s not saying a lot😂) I think I’d like to see Theo given a chance up front with Tall Paul this weekend. Maybe there is some magic in those old legs still
