Guly is a luxury player with no flare. He's a waste of space on and now off the pitch too it seems. All three subs were poor but the jury's still out on Jay Rod and Mayuka. If I had my way Guly would have suffered summary execution a long time ago.

I'm with Professor on this one. Dropping Lambert for Guly was about as much a tactical masterstroke as Branfoot leaving MLT on the bench and then taking the credit for the two crackers he scored against Newcastle. Yeah Guly ran about lots but it took Lambert no time at all to score.

If it's looking dodgy at any stage I don't think Adkins will be given the whole season. I reckon he'll be gone by Christmas if Saints are anywhere near the relegation places. I believe he should be given time but I don't think Cortese does.

That Beeb text article has been hanging around for about two weeks. Maybe they know something we don't.

I assume so but it's probably best to check first. I remember now that I paid up front for the year back in February. I've got Sky so don't really need Saints Player now anyway but at the time Saints hadn't been promoted so it seemed worth renewing. I just wanted to make sure I cancelled before I forgot about it again.
